AXIAL DISTORSION CONTROL SYSTEM
The Axial Distortion Control System for feet works thanks to an articulated
structure integrated into the boot that serves a triple purpose: it protects
against sprains, it reduces intensity of impact by distributing it over the
structure‘s entire surface, and it stops objects from entering the shoe.




D-STONE™
D-Stone™ is an extremely tough material mainly used for Dainese boots and
textile clothing. D-Stone is made of high density twisted nylon with elasticated
inserts faced with nylon. This creates an armored weave effect that offers
exceptional comfort characterized by high resistance to abrasion, damage, and
tear, with a performance comparable to leather.
 
The S1 version S1 (without resin coating) features Protector treatment. The S1P1
version, in addition to Protector treatment, also features a breathable,
windproof polyurethane resin coating. Protector treatment grants the fabric
excellent water- and oil-repellent properties. The material does not require
ironing to re-acquire its properties: air drying it after washing is sufficient.
This treatment was developed thanks to the application of nanotechnology to
textile finishing.

little to be desired. The gloves have plenty of leather material in all the
right places with added protective “ballistic” plastic accent on the palm,

color. I would be reminded if I didn’t mention that Dianese should make
additional colors.

the car wearing my Dainese laguna seca 5 one piece suit. I lost consciousness at
the impact due to my left family jewel rupturing on the gas tank (i learned from
health personnel that it happens often in motorcycle accidents, for future

badly bruised, and after 1 month of recovery, is still sensitive. I think i
landed on my helmet and left shoulder, and i suspect the back hump limited the
injury to my neck (i had a damaged cervical artery(verified on CAT scan), the
impact was strong enough to crack the chin part on my arai corsair V, could have
been way worse. The shoulder padding did its job very effectively. The rest of
my body is in very good shape, no burns/rashes/bruises, the suit did not migrate
or move exposing me to more damage. I was also wearing Druid D1 long gloves and
axial D1 boots, which both did their jobs perfectly. I'm still alive, can still
walk, and in pretty good shape for what happened. Thank you for making high
quality equipment.
