Hello, I am SpongeyDee19. - Male (he/him) - Bisexual - American - Mentally unstable - Tomadachi Life and Miitopia - Mario kid - Probably the only Linda Stotch fan - Member of the FreezeFlame22 fanclub - Artist - Crossovers 4 Life - Likes big woman - Monkeys and Apes are my fave animals - Numb. 1 Stotch defender (but actually) - Numb. 1 Creature from the Krusty Krabs defender READ: I am shy, sensitive, and mentally unstable. I might not respond the way you want me to respond. I am currently making an effort on improving myself. Not accepting Requests rn, but trades are still on the table. Thank you for reading. I love many things, but most dear to me are: Ladies of South Park I love South Park moms. its extremely niche, but i find these characters amazing. i think theyre hot, funny, interesting, and have untapped potential. i fucking hate how underrated they are. Compared to the dads, compared to other cartoon moms, you get the idea. y'all simping for Lois Griffin, y'know a neglectful, miserable, ugly-ass mother. These mothers are more deserving of fan art, praise, love, and so on. South Park is not just about the kids y'know. I know im going on a tangent, but i fucking really hate how underrated these moms are. The first milf I fell in love with was Sheila Broflovski. Sheila is a central part of South Park, and the biggest bitch. I now love Linda very, VERY much, but more on that later. South Park moms are crucial. Liane raised Cartman, Sharon has to put up with Randy's antics, Sheila is a core part of multiple South Park storylines, and the list goes on. Randy, Stephen, and Gerald have dedicated fans, but where's that for ladies??? Thankfully, that seems to changing in recent times, but some day, I HOPE id find another Linda obssesed individual or for artists (both in and outside the fandom) to draw more of the mommies. heres a different MILF. I LOVE 5-Volt. Unlike the South Park moms, she has a sizable fanbase and is actually a good mom. Not much else to say about her really. She is literally just the perfect character. She has a good design, a good character, and a good fanbase. She is kind of niche, being apart of the WarioWare franchise, which is disconnected from everything else Mario-related for some odd reason, but being apart of a bigger franchise that is literally the most succesful gaming brand and a forefront character in a series that still has a cult following gives her an advantage in the long run. 5-Volt From Milf to Dilf, I present to you, Pop the fatherly bear. Pop is kind of in a grey area in terms of these characters. On one hand, he is a relatively underrated character of a niche show. On the other hand, he has a signficant role and multiple fans. Pop is so adorable. He wears a lovely bathrobe. He is also a living Teddy Bear. He is clearly a struggling father, as his wife is deceased. He ain't winning father of the year any time soon, but he is so sympathetic and I love him for it. From his sexy voice, to his amazing scream (totally not stolen from Flippy), his hillarious faces, and his fun deaths, Pop is just a masterpiece of a character. Pop "But Dee, didn't you already talked about South Park moms", lemme explain. Linda Stotch is an anomaly. I first fell in love with her late in my South Park phase, and for a reason, she clicked with me. Now, I am literally her biggest supporter. As y'all almost most certainly know, she and Stephen are the abusive parents of Butters Stotch. Honestly, I cant really deny that they suck as parents, but then you have Randy, Gerald, Liane, the Tweaks, or the McCormicks that makes me think its just bias. Like sure, Linda tried to kill her son once, but think about how Gerald endangered his children multiple times or Liane's treatment of her son. Again, Stotches are bad parents, but the other parents are just as bad, if not worse. But it doesn't end there. Linda herself is just underrated. This is in relation to her husband and the other moms, let alone as a character. Stephen has a cult following, like seriously. I already explained why the ladies of South Park are underappreciated, but even they have dedicated fans. Linda? You'll only see people talk about her in two contexts; she tried to kill her son or she is a abusive mother. Linda is so underutilized. We know ABSOLUTELY nothing about her. Liane? She was a girl who got around and came from a family of Cartmans. Sharon? We see multiple glimpses into her past. Sheila? She is from New Jersey. Carol? She was a fucking cult member that worshipped Cthulhu. Linda on the other hand, literally poofed from thin air. No episode even give us the pleasure of knowing her origins. Even Stephen had a few subtle teases here and there. Yet, the funny thing is, she HAS potential. She had a major role in "Butters' Very Own Episode", where she is revealed to be unstable. She is an engineer according to "Die Hippie, Die", which means she might be able to build Sniffles-level inventions, which is like, crazy for "the blonde mom". She has yellow teeth supposedly, which is like, weird cuz she has white teeth when she talks. She is also apart of the City Council, so she must be an important member in South Park. South Park seems to regulate her to plotlines about moms, or whatever bullshit Randy or Stephen get themselves into. Never, and I mean, never had we gotten an episode soley about her. Liane and Sharon have multiple, Sheila was the villian of the movie of all things, and even Carol got something. Linda, however? Just Butters' mom. I can go on and on, but point is, she is criminally underrated. As much as I think the other moms and even adults are neglected, as much as I think Pop was slept on, as much as I'm bothered by how under-represented the WarioWare series is, at least they have SOME form of cult following. This random character that I am abnormally obssesed with however? Everyone either hates her or gives no fucks about her. She deserves SO much better. Linda Stotch Yet another South Park character. Clyde Donovan is not that underrated. Like, he's still a bit overshadowed by Tweek, Craig, Tolkien, Wendy, and so fourth. But unlike the other SP characters I mentioned, Clyde is treated as a core denzien of South Park. I wish he got a bit more praise, but its certainly less difficult to find people who love him. Clyde has been around since the first episode, and is a very frequently appearing character in the show. He is actually reaching main character status recently, with "Not Suitable for Kids", "Post-Covid", and "Deep Learning" giving him prominent roles. I LOVE Clyde, he is a bit generic, but you can tell he's supposed to be just an average wimpy kid. Clyde, like with Pop, is just absolutely adorable. He cries A LOT. He is also abused A LOT. He really deserves a hug. I love his friendship with Cartman, because, if you look closely, they have a lot in common; they are both overweight, outcasts, have single parents due to unintentionally killing the other, and are very cruel for their ages. Come to think of it, it makes sense as to why Clyde is one of the few characters to like Cartman alongside Kenny and Butters. Clyde is just a pookie bear. I relate to him A LOT. Literally, I kin him. As with Pop, Clyde is a masterpiece of a character despite his simplicity. Clyde Donovan From this point on, I'll be talking about characters who aren't "underrated" per say, but I still believe to be "perfect". Subject A; Wario Wario is Wario. There's a lot about Wario that makes him a lovable goofball. Firstly, his design is probably one of the best I've ever seen. Its difficult to draw, yet it's fun to draw for those very reasons. Wario's design is so iconic, certain pieces of it are used to represent him. As much as an unpside down W can reeks of Wario. This man loves his nose so much that its a trademark of his own WarioWare brand. Absolutely nothing is normal about his design; he is an elf who wears a Mario costume. In fact, he is a literal parody. Wario as a character is unpredictable. I believe the best way to describe Wario is "a living cartoon who escaped the bounds of a TV". Even since his debut, he was always a weirdo, with his large size, crocked eye, and boundless greed. In all 3 incarnations of Wario, he is always over-the-top, which is why he is so entertaining. Wario is also rather complex. For a character who is comedic relief, he is somehow one of Nintendo's most layered characters. Firstly, he is Mario's childhood rival, and this was expanded upon in a Mario vs. Wario comic, where its revealed that Wario was unintentionally bullied by Mario. You really gotta feel bad for him. It also seemed that Wario was also an orphan judging by Yoshi's Island DS, though your mileage may vary on what happened to Wario next. He was probably returned home, but in this game, you can see that Wario was greedy from birth. I think one thing about Wario I find very amusing is that theres effectively 3 versions of the character. There's Mario, Wario Land, and WarioWare. In the main series, Wario is basically a goofy villian who causes trouble. Wario Land is more of a cool (anti) hero, albiet with wackiness amped up to eleven. WarioWare is just a greedy buisnessman who gets into dumb shenanigans. Super Smash Bros. sorta merges these into one amalgamation; he has the evilness of base Wario, the toughness of Wario Land, and the design from WarioWare. This version is criticized for misrepresenting Wario, but I think its an alright portrayal. Another thing i find funny about Wario is that he is a star of his own franchise, thus, he has multiple characters associated with him. As mentioned, these guys are the underdogs of the Mario universe. And then there's Waluigi, who is pratically a fraction of Wario and has ironically never appeared in neither of Wario's own series or a mainline Mario game. So as you see, we have yet another case of underrated characters, though with Wario, its not as severe. So all in all, Wario is just a perfect character. Wario King Dedede. This guy. As with Wario, he is a funny character with an extremely large fanbase. I have quite a complex history with this guy. King Dedede is my favorite villian. But the thing is, he is no longer a villian. So what is he? An anti-hero? A rival? A protagonist? He is all of those, and none of those as the same time. Like with Wario, Dedede is a wild character. He can be a villian in a game to Kirby's best friend in another. He is probably one of the most layered Nintendo characters. Then you have the anime, where he carried that show. He has an iconic voice, entertaining schemes, a fun character, and amazing quotes. But recently, he has become devisive among Kirby fans, mainly if he is an accurate portrayal of his video game counterpart. I want those reading this to take this into consideration; this Dedede was made back when "Villian Dedede" was the norm and "Heroic Dedede" was a rarity. 64 was the introduction of the latter, but its presented a lot like the anime, where Dedede was an asshole who hesitated to help Kirby. In modern games, Dedede is an ally of Kirby, which is why he is such a great character. He went through character development and has a soft-side. That being said, he is still quite the asshole. Battle Royale is a good example. In addition, it shows that Anime Dedede isnt too disconnected to the games. In my opinion, anime Dedede is a relic of its time and a mere flanderization of the character. I am very much a Dededad supporter. I adore the idea of Dedede being protective of Kirby, which is something explored even in the anime (albiet rarely). The shot of Dedede hugging Kirby will always melt my heart. Not to mention, that OTHER shot of Dedede hugging Kirby in Subspace Emmisary. Dededad for the win! Dededad has an additional meaning; you know how Dedede is a "king"? Yeah, hes barely such. Only his minions seem entirely loyal to him. Among these minions are Waddle Dees, cute creatures who waddle, duh. Dedede is very protective of these Dees, and I will stand by him sacarficing himself for one is one of the best scenes in a video game, peroid. Then there's his relationship with Meta Knight; they seemed to be friends since the beginning (Kirby's Adventure) and in Kirby Fighters 2, they work together to beat Kirby. Dedede has a LOT of great dynamics, y'see. There's Escargoon, then Bandana Dee, he even has one with Poppy Bros. Jr. of all people in the manga. He also has a brother-sister relationship with Adeleine there too. I seriously cannot do Dedede justice, man. There's even small things too, like his amazing theme. He has freaking several, too. Or his many boss fights?? All in all, King Dedede is a perfect character. And a very adorable one at that. King Dedede Pop x Disco Bear is a ship that I bet we're all familar with. It's the paring between Pop and Disco Bear, no brainer. I love this ship; I feel like Disco Bear would make an amazing father to Cub. I love these ships so much!!!!! I always pictured these four making a quartet. Butters, Kenny, and Clyde seem to be some of the few people who actually like Cartman and vice-versa. Cartters in particular is a key dynamic in the show, and the creators actually love using it. Kennman Cartters Clydeman Pop x Disco Bear is a ship that I bet we're all familar with. It's the paring between Pop and Disco Bear, no brainer. I love this ship; I feel like Disco Bear would make an amazing father to Cub. DiscoPop I am a shipper. Who doesn't love shipping? A lot of people, lol, but who cares, its fun. I love these two characters, I love their dynamic, I love the episodes about these two, I just love 'em. Mr. Krabs and Plankton are important characters with complex history. They are bitter rivals, but were originally best friends. This element of their characters is very interesting, and I find their few current moments of friendship to be absolutely sweet. Plabs Stendy and Clybe Pairings of the two primary females in South Park. While not as bad as Mr. Krabs and Plankton's relationship, these pairings are a bit of a mess. That being said, they still would make cute couples. I see Wendy and Bebe calling the shots tbh. SpongeBob SquarePants is a show I hold dear to my heart. I've been around since my childhood, and its still going strong. This show is a fun, stupid, silly cartoon for me to watch in my spare time. If I would call ANY cartoon or even franchise my fave, it would be SpongeBob SquarePants. This show is about a talking sponge. It has a cute art style, a funny sense of humor, and amazing characters. Besides SpongeBob, I would deem Mr. Krabs my favorite character. He is such a lunatic whose greedy proves detrimental to himself and others. He has a TON of memes, which is something this show is known for. SpongeBob is the internet legend, and even you don't watch TV, he is extremely hard to miss. Me and SpongeBob go way back. We laughed, we tickled, we cry together, and we sung together. I also own multiple SpongeBob video games. However, my favorite of the bunch is SpongeBob SquarePants: Creature from the Krusty Krab. This game is fun, creative, and rather dark. I consider this my favorite video game of all time; it has amazing levels, an unusual premise, and literally the best soundtrack. I'm sorry, but nothing topping these songs. It's flawed, yes, but it is at least creative and imaginative. Funny thing is, this game has quite the history; there's a flash game, a website, a Java port, a PC version of an entirely different name, an almost completely different prototype, this game is a rabbit hole, and its the most succesful SpongeBob SquarePants video game. And you might even regon that its based on Sleepy Time. This game is peak, and I think its flaws make it even better, because you can tell its a passion project. Battle for Bikini Bottom is honestly overrated, and partially due to, say it with me, SpongeBoomers. Yeah ik, its kind of a petty buzz word, but I feel like the older something is, the more hyped up it gets, regardless of actual quality. Honestly, SpongeBob is a beautiful masterpiece. SpongeBob SquigglePants, my second favorite SpongeBob video game, makes my heart melt. Ripped Pants and Don't Be a Jerk are peak music. All the eras of the SpongeBob SquarePants show, even the most bad, the most nostalgic part of my history. SpongeBob SquarePants himself is such a cute protagonist. He is relatable, and he is complicated since he has a slew of emotions. He is extremely nice, and I want to be his friend so badly because he is genuinely the most wholesome person in the whole world. Happy Tree Friends. 3 words to describe a hyperfixation so powerful, it can change one's entire life. Happy Tree Friends is a show about cute animals dying. That seems basic, but there's actually a lot more to this show than you might think. Happy Tree Friends stars a cast of adorable characters that I LOVE so much. Cuddles is a rabbit with a rebellious streak. Giggles and Petunia are the gals who are just so precious. Lumpy is basically the main character, and he is an idiot who has been just about anything. Flippy is the most popular character for good reason, and he is one of the few who murders other Tree Friends on purpose. Nutty is a funny and adorable green squrriel with a sweet tooth. And the list goes on. There's some characters I don't really about, like Cro-Marmot, who is a frozen cavemen who never really do much and rarely dies at all, or Lammy & Mr. Pickels, the newest characters who are lame in my opinion, especially since Mr. Pickels is just Flippy but worse, not helped by the fact they are pretty underdeveloped and not in a lot of episodes. But otherwise, I love just about every character. My favorite character, aside from Pop, is Sniffles, who is a blue anteater with glasses. He has such an adorable design, and I love his voice and screams. Back then, he reminded me a lot about Arthur, and I gave him the nickname "Blue Arthur". Sniffles is a big nerd, and I love him for his geekiness. He also gets the worst deaths, usually due to those fucking ants. Don't worry, though, unlike most people, I love The Ants. Yes, I am a person who likes unpopular characters. I just think the Ants have good designs and I love that they scream, its so stupid. Sniffles is kind of underrated, despite being one of the most prominent Tree Friends, but he seems to be getting more fans lately, which makes me happpy :). Happy Tree Friends is known for its gore. Honestly, the gore is one of my favorite aspects of HTF, though that isnt necessarily a shocker. When I first saw HTF in 2016 via a reaction channel I used to religiously watch, I was put off by it and stopped watching. That is, until 2018, where I become obsessed with it. I fell in love with everything about HTF, from the gore, to the characters, to the soundtrack, to the creative liberties, it felt magical. Hell, back then, when I had Flipnote Studio, I made a TON of animations based on HTF. The show really caught my interest. I remember being so obssesed with Flaky and Sniffles, two characters who are seen a lot and are probably the most unluckiest. I've seen just about every episode, a lot of Fan Animations, and have experienced effectively every level in the Fandom. Behind SpongeBob SquarePants, Happy Tree Friends has the most impact on my life. Happy Tree Friends is a masterpiece. I know I used that word a lot, but I feel like this is a good example of why; HTF's primary factor is its gore. The gore is fucked up, but I find it both that and very creative. A lot of the deaths are so thought out and elaborate. Of these characters, I think Giggles and Pop gets the best deaths. Otherwise, I feel like Lumpy, Sniffles, and Handy get the most revolting. A Hard Act to Swallow in particular really messed me up, and it took me years to rewatch it. But besides that, the gore is peak. But the other great thing about the humor is how choatic it gets. Even outside the gore, you have Nutty getting a chocolate box pregenant, Flaky being scared of a chick, Nutty eating Sniffles, basically anything time Cro-Marmot shows up. The gore might be the selling point, but even on its own, Happy Tree Friends is a wild show. Kirby, Kirby, Kirby, he's the star of the show. Kirby is a key figure of my life. He fasicnates me on so many levels. What is he? Where is he from? What does he want? I feel like Kirby is the type of character who is entirely mysterious, yet accomplishes at being interesting at the same time. He is a kid of few words, and he doesn't emote a whole lot. But he is also an expressive character who latches onto my heart very easily. Since the middle of my childhood, I've fallen in love with Kirby. I binged all videos relating to him on YouTube, I quicky bought and completed Kirby's Dream Collection. I binged the Kirby anime. I constantly tried wrapping my head around who he is. I drew him a ton, and so fourth. Like with SpongeBob, Kirby's cuteness and the appeal of his character made him one of my hyperfixations. Kirby is a cute franchise with a lovable cast of characters. His games are suprisingly enjoyable, with not a single bad installment. Kirby is a versiale character compared to Mario or Sonic, who simply jump on their enemies, whereas Kirby can swallow them, spit them back out, hover, or most importantly, copy their powers. Like with SpongeBob, it is absolutely impossible to hate Kirby. He is just so nice and wholesome. I love this marshmellow, he is such a baby who deserves a hug. I am so defensive of him, like in the Death Battle wars or if anyone said anything remotely negative about him. Honestly, Kirby is just my favorite Nintendo character peroid. Going down to South Park to meet some friends of mine. This show is the latest fixation of mine. It is, say it with me, a masterpiece. South Park is supposed to be social commentary, but like, I, alongside many others, just see it as a wacky show starring a colorful cast of children. Think SpongeBob SquarePants for adults or Happy Tree Friends with dialouge. South Park is about 4 kids in one fucked up town. Stan is the main character who is usually the only sane man. Kyle is the Jewish kid and Cartman's arch-enemy. Speaking of which, Cartman is by far the most popular South Park character, and is a fat, sociopathic, asshole. Kenny is the kid with the hoodie who dies A LOT. There's some other characters too, like Butters, the cute kid who was initally a prop but then became the fifth lead, Randy, Stan's father who become the main character as well, Wendy, Stan's girlfriend, Cartman's mom Liane, and many, many more. I LOVE most of the characters, and the art style is the best art style I have ever seen in a cartoon. Compare South Park's art style to any other adult cartoon, like Family Guy. It looks way more washed out and dry. I get its an adult cartoon, but what happen to the golden era where all cartoons are whimsical and silly? South Park has a lot of funny plot lintes, from Cartman doing something evil, to Randy being stupid, Butters getting in a bit of a pickle, its literally peak storytelling.
