Dr. Allan Wulc offers his patients a nearly unparalleled level of excellence
thanks to his extensive educational history. After graduating Summa Cum Laude
from Amherst College, Dr. Wulc earned his MD at the University of Pennsylvania
School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of
Pennsylvania, as well as a fellowship at the University of Arizona and another
fellowship at London's Moorfields Hospital. He currently serves as an associate
clinical professor at the University of Pennsylvania.

Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He received his board certification
