A wonderful dental practice that I am happy to recommend. If you are looking for
for excellence in dental care then please read on. I have received excellent
dental care at this practice. This review covers my experience of The Dental
Surgery at Corn Exchange both over several years and in recent months. The
dental surgery premises itself is immaculately clean and ordered. It is
beautifully decorated and has a light calming atmosphere. The reception staff
are welcoming , polite, friendly, very efficient and always helpful both in
person or on the telephone. I was first referred to The Dental Surgery at Corn
Exchange a few years ago by my regular dentist for implant surgery with Simon
Nocton. My regular dentist has since retired. So, in need of a new dental
practice I decided to register as a patient here. I had implant surgery with
Simon Nocton and his team of nurses. Before surgery I was informed about every
aspect of my implant surgery and I was given a clear treatment plan and
information about the implant materials used. I felt reassured knowing that only
the very best and highest grade implant materials are used by Simon. Simon has a
way of making you feel very welcome, safe and relaxed in his surgery. He is
really easy to talk to and has a great sense of humour. I felt very safe
throughout my implant surgery which went well. After the surgery, I was given
excellent follow up care to check the implant and Simon was always contactable
to answer any concerns I might have had during the recovery period. I could not
have asked for more. Simon and his team are highly professional, caring,
considerate, very skilled and Simon pays particular attention to detail so that
the implant will look as good as possible. As trust is important to me, I feel
confident saying that I have been treated by someone who I consider to be a very
safe and trusted pair of hands. And the very best in Implant Dental Surgery. For
general dental treatment I have been treated James Granger, again friendly,
caring, very professional and a pleasure to visit. I was recently referred by
Andrew for periodontal treatment to Omar Patel. Over recent months, I have had
both periodontal treatment and periodontal surgery with Omar Patel. Following
the perdontal treatment I was advised that periodontal surgery would be best
solution to completely resolve my problem long term. However, this was a choice
or option for me. I was given clear advice and information on the possible
outcome of choosing not to have the surgery. I decided that surgery was the best
option for me and went ahead with it. Omar has been excellent, kind, warm,
friendly and considerate throughout my treatment. I had very lengthy surgery,
very fine work that was done with care, consideration and attention throughout
the procedure. I felt very well looked after by him and his nurse. Again, as
with Simon and my implant surgery, I have received excellent follow up care and
advice from Omar. I feel very confident that I have been treated by a very
skilled professional. Finally, Last but not least, Jessie Boyle an excellent
hygienist who is warm, friendly, caring and professional and I look forward to
seeing her regularly. I can honestly say, I feel safe and in very good hands
with highly qualified, professionals at this Dental practice. I have been
treated with care, kindness and warmth always. If you are looking for a good,
honest, highly professional, safe dental practice that you can trust. Then look
no further, you have just found it, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

I don't think I've ever experienced a business with better levels of customer
service or professionalism. They would win the Oscars of dentistry every year.
I'm sure they do for their industry equivalent. Getting anything fixed or
cleaned in your mouth can be a pretty harrowing experience but at The Dental
Surgery it is miraculously cathartic and comforting. My dentist, James Granger,
is the Tom Cruise (to continue the movie metaphor) of Dentists and has improved
my life dramatically through his care and skill with a dizzying array of dental
tech that makes you marvel at the medical genius of humanity. That is all.
