WE LISTEN, COUNSEL, AND TEACH

Meet Brittany Eddelbuttel, Chef and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Owner and
Founder of Eddelbuttel Nutrition. Eddelbuttel Nutrition was created to bridge
the gap between nutrition counseling and cooking healthy meals at home. We
strive to give you the tools to succeed in your health journey by creating
nutrition goals and applying that knowledge through cooking lessons in your
home, tailored to your meal plan and food preferences. It is our hope that after
a few cooking lessons, you will feel more comfortable in cooking healthier meals
for yourselves and your families. We specialize in quick, easy, and nutritious
meals for busy families on the go, however, we can also tailor your plan for
specialized diets or provide more advanced recipes. We look forward to serving
you!

   dinner & snacks): $99
 * Personal in-client-home cooking lesson (90 minutes): $249 - $300
