approval, we will release the funds to the seller, and the transaction is
completed.
 * The 7-Day money back policy is eligible for: Cars, Boats, Motorcycles,
   Motorhomes or any Heavy or Farm Equipment.
 * The 7-Day Money Back Return Policy starts from the day you receive the Item.
 * If a Buyer decides to return an Item, the Seller will be charged for all the
   delivery and handling fees associated with the process.
 * If by any reason you decide to return the Item, we will be responsible for
   refunding your payment within 24 hours and picking up the Item from your
   location within 48 hours.

   cover any damage on items 30 years old or older (30-year threshold is based
   on model year).
 * Vehicle/Boat/RV/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment Purchase Protection does not
   cover any damage on an item listed with anything but a "clean" title.
 * For items purchased on or after September 1, 2016, your eligible item
   purchase is protected for up to $100,000 or the purchase price paid,
   whichever is lower. For items purchased prior to September 1, 2016, your
   eligible item purchase is protected for up to $50,000 or the vehicle purchase
   price, whichever is lower.

   below.

Overview
Vehicle/Boat/RV/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment Purchase Protection (7-Day Money
Back Return Policy) provides protection, against certain losses associated with
fraud, up to a maximum amount of your purchase price paid (not exceeding
$100,000) for purchase of an eligible item on www.salesmake.com. The types of
fraud that are generally covered are:
 * non-delivery of the item,
 * undisclosed defects in the title, and certain undisclosed defects with the
   item. The 7-Day Money Back Return Policy is automatically included at no
   additional cost when you complete the purchase of an eligible item on
   www.salesmake.com.

The 7-Day Money Back Return Policy is managed by Trust Auto Sales Make. All
policy requests will be processed by the Trust Auto Sales Make Administrator.
Restrictions and limitations are set forth below.
What's covered?
Purchases are covered by 7-Day Money Back Return Policy when all of the
following criteria are met:
1. Successful purchase* of, and payment for, a
Vehicle/Boat/RV/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment with a purchase price of more
than $1,000, listed in the Trust Auto Sales Make Inventory Category (6-digit
number).
* A purchase is successful if you receive confirmation & transaction
instructions in your email from orders@salesmake.com.
2. This is your first reimbursement request under the 7-Day Money Back Return
Policy in the last 180 days.
3. The buyer, the seller, the item (on the purchase date), and the financial
institutions making and receiving the payment, are all located in the U.S. or
Canada.
4. You obtain the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy Administrator's prior written
consent before altering, repairing, selling, or releasing possession of the item
before a determination is made on your reimbursement request.
5. You are able to provide the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy Administrator with
documentation to substantiate all purchase payments and/or estimates for repair,
related to your reimbursement request within 7 days of your reimbursement
request.
6. You comply with the filing deadline and requests from the 7-Day Money Back
Return Policy Administrator (regardless of any shipping delays you experience).

Purchases are covered by the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy in the situations
below:
1. You pay for a Vehicle/Boat/RV/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment or send a
refundable deposit for an item and never receive the item.
2. You pay for a Vehicle/Boat/RV/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment and receive it,
but suffer a loss because:
a. The Vehicle/Boat/RV/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment was determined by a law
enforcement agency to have been stolen prior to your purchase.
b. The Vehicle/Boat/RV/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment has an undisclosed or
unknown lien against its title.
c. The Vehicle/Boat/RV/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment make, model or year is
different from what was described in the seller's listing at the time you placed
your order.
d. You did not receive a clear title(s) from Trust Auto Sales Make (and a title
is required by both your state and the seller's state) and it's not possible to
obtain a title from the appropriate DMV.
e. The Vehicle/Boat/RV/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment had a title with one of
the following undisclosed brands (salvage, rebuilt/rebuildable, non rebuildable,
reconstructed, scrapped/destroyed, junk, lemon, manufacturer buyback or
flood/water damage) at the time of the end of the inspection period (7 days).
f. The Vehicle/Boat/RV/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment is less than 30 years old
and has more than a 500 mile or 50 hours odometer discrepancy from the
mileage/hours stated in the inventory. (This protection is only available for
items listed in the Car/Truck and Boat and RV/Camper & Heavy Equipment & Farm &
Trailer categories.)
g. The item is less than 30 years old (based on model year) and has undisclosed
damage to the (a) engine, (b) transmission, and/or (c) body/frame (each a
"qualifying component"), (d) electronics system, (e) or any other mechanical or
structural damage that wasn't reported by the seller or Trust Auto Sales Make,
before or after the transaction is started. This protection is not available for
items listed in the Race Car or Aircraft categories. Vehicles that are subject
to a recall for this type of damage are not eligible for the 7-Day Money Back
Return Policy.
h. Cosmetic damage, such as paint or external surface rust.
i. Unverifiable damage.
j. Misstatements about the type of title brand, for a vehicle listed with
anything but a "clean" title.

Not covered
Purchases and/or associated losses are NOT covered by 7-Day Money Back Return
Policy in the examples below:
Vehicle/Boat/RV/Motorcycle/Farm/Heavy-Equipment Condition
1. Fluid levels.
2. Minor dents and minor scratches (because the age of the item).
3. Damage after purchase - Damage or loss after shipping or otherwise after
purchase.
4. Cosmetic damage, such as paint or external surface rust.


DEPOSIT ISSUES

5. Sending a deposit for an item and not receiving the item, or a refund,
because you chose not to complete the transaction or pay the remaining balance
for any reason (the deposit will be refunded and transaction canceled).

ANCILLARY LOSSES

6. Punitive damages, lost profits, loss of work, travel expenses, or restocking
costs.

TITLE / OWNERSHIP ISSUES

7. Title is damaged, after delivery.
8. Losses based on a vehicle classified as "theft recovery" or "previously
stolen" but recovered by a law enforcement agency prior to being listed on Trust
Auto Sales Make.

OTHER

9. Buyer's remorse.
10. Any damage or listing discrepancies that were disclosed to you prior to
taking possession of the item.
11. Any damage that could have been discovered upon a reasonable inspection
before you paid for and picked up the vehicle in person.
12. Any damage that does not impact the safety, operability or the aspect of the
item.
13. Repairs or alterations made by you to the item without the consent of the
Trust Auto Sales Make Administrator.
14. Inspection costs, warranty fees, taxes paid, or any other fees or expenses
that are not expressly covered under these Terms and Conditions.
15. Transactions occurring off-Trust Auto Sales Make (www.salesmake.com) or on
any other website.

How to request reimbursement?
We find that the basis for many reimbursement requests is often a simple
misunderstanding between a buyer and a seller. As a result, we encourage you to
first try to resolve any issues through communicating with Trust Auto Sales
Make.
If you can't resolve the issue with Trust Auto Sales Make (consult your
transaction invoice), submit a reimbursement request no later than 7 days**
after the delivery is completed. You would generally receive a reimbursement
determination and payment (if approved; approval depends on the rules applied
above) within 48 hours after the reimbursement request was submitted.
Upon Trust Auto Sales Make's review of your reimbursement request, you will be
provided with instructions to submit your request directly to the Trust Auto
Sales Make Administrator. The Trust Auto Sales Make Administrator will contact
you within a couple of business hours to obtain additional details about your
request and to discuss the appropriate next steps. You will be required to
substantiate your request by providing, for example, a damage report from no
fewer than one approved service facility (at your expense) or allowing the Trust
Auto Sales Make Administrator to inspect the item at any time.
Any action taken by you during the review process without the Trust Auto Sales
Make Administrator's consent, that impairs the Trust Auto Sales Make
Administrator's ability to mitigate any potential loss, will void your
eligibility for Trust Auto Sales Make reimbursement.
The Trust Auto Sales Make Administrator will determine: (1) whether you are
eligible to participate in the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy program, (2)
whether you have suffered a loss, (3) if the loss was caused by the type(s) of
fraud that qualify for a Trust Auto Sales Make reimbursement and (4) the
reimbursement amount.
** There are two situations in which the time for filing a reimbursement request
may be extended:
1. If you learn that your item is stolen, you will have 180 days from the date
of receiving the item.
2. If you receive the item but do not receive the title, or learn that it is
subject to an undisclosed lien, you will have 90 days from the date of receiving
the item to file for reimbursement.
3. National Holiday period.
How much will the reimbursement amount be?
In each case, including the examples outlined below, the maximum amount you may
receive is limited to the purchase price, not exceeding $100,000, for items
purchased on or after September 1, 2016. For items purchased prior to September
1, 2016, your eligible item purchase is protected for up to $50,000 or the
vehicle purchase price, whichever is lower.
Examples:
If you pay for the vehicle, but don't receive it, you will receive your purchase
price amount paid, up to $100,000.
If you pay for the vehicle, but after taking possession discover that there is
an undisclosed lien against the title, you will receive the lesser of: (i) the
purchase price paid and (ii) the amount necessary to clear the undisclosed lien,
up to $100,000.
If you pay a refundable deposit, but do not complete the purchase, you will
receive your deposit paid, up to $100,000.
If you suffer a loss from undisclosed damage to a qualifying component of a
vehicle you purchased, you will receive the cost of repairs determined by the
lower of all replacement/repair estimates from two approved services facilities.
If you suffer a loss based on a year, make, model or odometer misrepresentation
(above 500 miles or 50 hours, in item's less than 30 years old).
Incidental fees or expenses that the buyer and seller negotiate outside of Trust
Auto Sales Make are not covered.
Shipping reimbursement
If you qualify for a reimbursement and the Trust Auto Sales Make Administrator
takes possession of the item or the item is returned, you will be reimbursed for
original shipping fees (first 1000 miles are free and included in the selling
price, and you will be charged $0.75 for extra miles)..
Termination or Amendment
Trust Auto Sales Make CAN'T terminate the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy or
modify these Terms and Conditions without notice to you. The Terms and
Conditions of the 7-Day Money Back Return Policy program specified on this page
at the time that you purchased your item will apply. It is your responsibility
to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to ensure you are familiar
with them at the time of your purchase. The 7-Day Money Back Return Policy is
managed by Trust Auto Sales Make. All policy requests will be processed by the
Trust Auto Sales Make Administrator. Restrictions and limitations are set forth
below.
