PUBLIC POLICY

Please Clean out your pockets(as we are not responsible for any damages) this is
a REQUIREMENT 

No Heavy Comforters are allowed unless you have add on the service for
additional fee

 You will leave your laundry outside of your home in a safe place (we will send
pictures to correct contact for verification and we will deliver and place at
the same location) no one have to be attendance 

Please let us know if you are needing specific laundry detergent 

If you are 5 minutes behind and your laundry is not ready you will be charged a
late fee no exceptions ( there are other customers that have to be serviced)
your fee will be due the same time as payment 

Payment Methods accepted (Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash app) if you have not made a
payment we will not process any services until your balance is paid in full
