A MUST VISIT PROPERTY
We had a wonderful stay at Westin Resort & Spa, Himalayas. I want to thanks
everyone for an awesome hospitality. We didn't face any issues there and a
personal touch was added in terms of hand written notes, cookies and cakes,
which were packed for further travel.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
Amazing and wonderful stay with heartwelcoming staff,mouthwatering food and
a magical aura.I had a very rejuvenating and blissful stay which truly made
our day extremely esctatic.Special thanks to Mr.Bakul Gaur(perfect manager)
for arranging everything and making us experience the felicity and
serendipity.Staff like Rashi,Mansi,Saurabh are highly recommended for their
extremely topnotch services and satiating us with fantabulous amenities and
hospitality.They made our occassion much more celebrated.On behalf of my
little guest(my 15 month old daughter)i would appreciate all the staff
member who were gregarious and cordial towards her.I would highly recommend
this property and hospitality to all my near and dear ones.

A NEW TAKE ON RISHIKESH
Our family of three had a lovely experience at your resort. Right from the
traditional welcome at check in to our meals, the afternoon tea and snacks
at the skydeck upto our checkout we were looked after well. My 4 year old
daughter was also pampered with a surprise gift (puzzle) which kept her
busy and the stuffed elephant(jumbo) which she took everywhere. Thanks to
the childrens play area(indoor & outdoor) with supervision she was happily
engaged. Needless to say that the whirlpool and the infinity pool and kids
pool were spot on, but they were not temperature controlled which it should
have been. While the rooms were comfortable the bed is too soft and one
should have an option for a firm mattress. The room service was fine and
could be improved with speed as the occupancy increases. There is no mobile
network but the wifi worked fine and i could attend calls using the wifi.
Most of the staff engaged us including at the fitness centre and made us
feel most welcome. Priyanshi, Jayshree and Chef Samaresh deserve special
mention for their hospitality. I must hasten to add that I did not get all
the names, but those who were serving us at Akasa did a great job. We hope
to be back soon. Notwithstanding the space constraints the hotel may
consider finding some space for badminton/basketball to keep the adults
engaged.

VERY WELL CRAFTED PROPERTY AND AMAZING STAFF, ALL WILL MAKE YOUR STAY
AWESOME
An amazing experience in this property of Westin/Marriott. Offcourse the
property is new very well built, every corner is well crafted and cherry on
the cake is your amazing staff. Each and every individual is very
professional and I would like to name few who made our stay memorable in
this property that we would like to recommend this property to our friends
and family, and would like to visit again very soon. Special thanks to
Priyam Anand who welcome us very nicely, ensured our room is ready and
treated us like we are at home being away from home. Thanks for all your
efforts Priyam. It was my wife's birthday we came to celebrate in Westin
and your pastry shop Chef Soham along with the other staff made it so
special that we loved celebrating the birthday and plan to come there to
celebrate my birthday in August. In our breakfast time Sanjay and sheetal
took extra special care of us that we had an awesome kickstart of the day.
Like I said offcourse the property is First in class but your staff makes
it more special. I wanna thank you Westin and marriot for making our stay
just awesome that we want to come again. Thanks

THE BEST HOSPITALITY ONE COULD EXPERIENCE
We had quite a pleasant stay at the Westin. The staff was quite welcoming
and we experienced one of the best hospitality so far.
Sanjay, Kamal, Vivek, Parul from the F&B team took extreme good care of us.
Fantastic food and even better service. Sanjay took special care of us when
one of us fell sick on the trip. Extra ratings for Sanjay.
From the front desk, Rashi and Jaishree ensured our stay was comfortable.
We totally enjoyed our stay and look forward to visit again.
The only thing missing was a games room for adults and heated pool. Would
have made our trip more memorable. Everything else was excellent.

This hotel is located at such an amazing place that once you get there is
that you realize that you have been busy all your life for no reason and
the property offers so much peace and tranquility that you would not like
to leave. Once you are over the location and beauty of the hotel, you will
are definitely bound to be overwhelmed by the hospitality of the amazing
staff at this property, right from welcome cap(garwhali style) to the in
room check in to the amazing finger licking food to the every person who
doesn't miss a Namaste, you will feel like so pampered and cared at this
hotel. All I can say in the end is that if you haven't experienced this

COUPLE STAY FOR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
My wife and I had an amazing time during our stay at this Westin property.
The staff esp. Rashi and Nishant were so welcoming and accommodating, and
made our anniversary celebration extra special. The room was immaculate and
had a beautiful view. The chef and kitchen staff prepared some delicious
meals, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite. We
appreciated the extra effort the hotel staff went to to make our stay
memorable, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a
luxurious and romantic getaway.
