shipping destinations, including: USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and

packaged and fully insured while in transit to your home or office.
All deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only.
Once ordered, please allow up to 5-12 business days before dispatch, plus 2-3
business days for FedEx delivery, depending on your location. Tracking details
will be provided upon dispatch and your package can be tracked at any time
at www.fedex.com/tracking.
For fastest delivery, all orders are shipped with FedEx 2Day.
U.S.A TAX AND DUTIES
No import duties and no taxes will apply to our US customers.
INTERNATIONAL TAX & DUTIES
Concerning orders from outside the U.S. please be aware that import duties and
taxes may apply upon receipt of orders. Such duties and taxes are beyond our
control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and
depend on different factors, such as country of origin of the purchased product,
local VAT rates and local import taxes, and it will be your responsibility to
pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities. Under no circumstances
will Forever Moissanite be liable or required to refund any taxes or duties paid
by the customer to a foreign country.
30 DAY RETURNS
We want you to shop with confidence when you shop Forever Moissanite! Although
our jewelry is produced with the highest standards of quality and excellence in
craftsmanship, you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase and you
might choose to return it. That is why we accept returns and offer a no
questions asked 30 days money back guarantee. In that case we will not charge a
restocking fee and you will be entirely refunded except for the return shipping
cost. (80USD)
You will receive by email a prepaid return Label from Fedex that you will print
before calling a local Fedex station to make a pick up. Once we receive your
package in our sorting department, it usually takes up to 24 hours for the item
to be added to our register log. When the item is processed, our accounting
department will then be able to issue your refund.
Please be aware that for credit cards payers, it may take 7-10 business days
(depending on your bank) for the funds to reflect on your account. PayPal payers
will receive the founds immediately. All refunds are credited to the same credit
card or PayPal account that was used to make payment.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received including all the
original content and packaging. Return shipping authorizations are active for
seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active
time period of your return shipping authorization. Please contact us for
specific instructions prior attempting to return any merchandise.
SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM DESIGNS
If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must be returned along
with the item you purchased. Failure to return the free gift may result in a
charge to you for the item, or we may deduct the value of the gift from the
amount refunded to you.
Any Special Order, Custom Design or Custom Order made at the request and
specifications of the customer is considered final and non-refundable /
non-exchangeable.
Items that have previously been exchanged are non-returnable/non-refundable. If
a piece is returned for a refund or canceled during production, your next
purchase will qualify for exchange.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Forever Moissanite
offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Forever
Moissanite jewelry. If a warranty issue is found, Forever Moissanite will repair
the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge.
Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than Forever Moissanite will void
the warranty. All fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear, activities, or
trauma. This is especially true for rings, since hands are actively used and
subject to daily pressure. Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear
and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, or theft. Coverage also excludes
damage or loss caused by a failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve
the integrity of the jewelry.
