Regular Sessions with Dr. Ashley and the Health Coach
You will have sessions every other month with Dr. Ashley, and in alternate
months, you'll meet with our Health Coach. This ensures continuous support and a
balanced approach to your health.


Collaborative Care Team Approach:
By working with both Dr. Ashley and the Health Coach, you benefit from a
holistic strategy that addresses all aspects of your well-being.


Quarterly HTMA Testing:
Receive two Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis tests each year, complete with detailed
reports to track and balance your mineral levels.



Mindset and Stress Reduction:
Our Health Coach, skilled in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), will
assist you in the crucial aspect of mindset work, often a key component in
successful health transformations.


Customized Lab Recommendations:
We understand that every patient has different needs, which is why in the
Preventative Membership Dr. Ashley will recommend lab panels on an as needed
basis. We have negotiated discounted rates with the lab companies that we will
then pass on to our clients so that you receive the best possible price for the
lab panels that are recommended.

Nutritional Advice and Recommendations:
Real time nutritional advice and protocol adjustments so you’re always
maximizing your results as your body is changing. Each month Dr. Ashley will
review your supplement recommendations and provide you with updated supplements
to continue your care.


Email and Chat Support
Dr. Ashley wants to ensure that you feel supported throughout your journey which
is why we include email and messenger support between appointments so that
you’re never feeling alone, lost or stuck on what to do next. 

Discounted Supplemental Testing:
To further personalize your care and membership, supplemental testing and a
consultation may be recommended. Should this be advisable, the additional
services and professional fees represent the time to order, interpret, and
counsel you regarding the findings and therapeutic recommendations. This
additional information will provide Dr. Ashley more in-depth information and
follow up to fortify your approach to preventative interventions.


Advanced Detox protocols
Based on your needs Dr. Ashley will provide you with Advanced Detox protocols to
ensure we are targeting the many layers. 


Wellness Dashboard:
This powerful tool is designed to educate you on Dr. Ashley's tips, tricks, and
strategies to transform your body from the inside out. Access your resources
24/7 with the new wellness dashboard. Each month, you will have a module of
resources and videos to complete. You will find Meal Plans and Educational
Resources and Access to Detox Recipes.


Personalized Supplement Recommendations and Lifetime 10% - 15% Discount:
Each client is different and there is not one supplement regimen that can fit
every person's needs. Included in your membership Dr. Ashley uses your lab
results and diagnostic findings to create a supplement protocol specifically for
your health needs. You then are able to order through our discounted
dispensaries and have your supplements delivered directly to your door at no
charge. With the 10% lifetime discount on supplements, you’ll save at least
$1500 - $1800 this year alone.


Monthly MasterClass:
Each month Dr. Ashley will  host an online interactive Masterclass. We cover
various topics and will have guest speakers join us occasionally. It is Dr.
Ashley’s passion to spread awareness & education about a whole-body approach to
healthcare.
