HOW TO FEDNOW REQUEST FOR PAYMENT FILE

Real-Time instant payments, are defined simply as: Irrevocably collected funds
in a bank account and usable immediately by the owner of the account. Our "Good
Funds" payment gateway allows for instant real-time digital payments that are
immediate, irrevocable, intra-bank and/or interbank account-to-account (A2A)
transfers that utilize a real-time messaging system connected to every
transaction participant through all U.S.-based financial institutions.

To perform a FedNow Request for Payment file, you need to follow these steps:

Prepare the file: You can use the FedNow Request for Payment file format to
prepare the file. This file should contain the necessary details, such as the
amount, payer and payee information, and any other relevant information.

Validate the file: You should validate the file to ensure that it conforms to
the FedNow Request for Payment file format and any other relevant standards.

Submit the file: Once the file is validated, you can submit it to the FedNow
service using a secure communication channel. The FedNow service will process
the file and initiate the payment transaction.

Receive confirmation: Once the payment transaction is completed, you will
receive a confirmation from the FedNow service, which will include details such
as the transaction reference number and the settlement status.

It is important to ensure that you have the necessary permissions and access to
use the FedNow service and that you comply with all relevant regulations and
standards. You can contact your bank or the FedNow service provider for more
information on how to perform a FedNow Request for Payment file.
