report and we have requested numerous times for insurance as we have their truck
on camera doing the damage. Refuse to give any insurance information or pay the
bill. Filing a compliant with DOT and BBB and whoever else we can find to file a
complaint. I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE INSURANCE as they refuse to pay bill or
give insurance.

Eliu, Salvador, and the other two members of their crew were very professional,
courteous, and respectful. The crew worked swiftly, had all the tools necessary
for any disassembly or reassembly, and protected all of my belongings well.
Completed my move in 5 hours total, which included
wrapping/protecting/disassembling everything, loading it all up, transporting to
the new location, and then unloading/unwrapping/reassembling everything.

They came and moved our furniture here in Richmond Texas within their quoted
time. Very reasonable pricing very professional movers. Would definitely hire
again without a doubt.

Had used these guys previously. Wasn't totally happy, but gave them second
chance

Mario (owner) wasn't present for this move. Three workers showed up, not one of
them spoke English. Very difficult to communicate with them to tell them where
to put furniture.
Workers failed to use mats to cover floors and marble counters.
Equipment was not up to par. Took two workers to navigate dolly. Boxes were
falling off dolly. Worker's threw boxes clearly marked Fragile as if they were
throwing pillows around.
Workers and there equipment ruined carpet in stairwell, because they failed to
use carpet coverings

Brought all concerned up to Mario. Made two separate appointments with Mario to
look at the damages. Mario stood us up twice.

Nancy, who claims to be Office Mgr. got very nasty with me. She claimed we
should have said something before paying. Claims this is in their contract. If
so, one who speaks xero English cannot enter into a binding contract.

Oh, I failed to mention that the workers equipment scratched our brand new
wooden floors at new location.

The Driver couldn't read either. My wife had to program his GPS for him.

If you are moving from apartment to apartment and you don't care about your
belongings, go ahead and try them

My condo required proof of insurance. Not even sure the certificate they
e-mailed was valid.

Mario seems like a nice guy, vut his wife/girl Friend Nancy has no business
dealing with the public.

Mario finally had someone repair and deep clean stairs after I had to threaten
to stop payment on credit card and/or take him to Court.

Don't get frustrated, just avoid Master Movers!
