program includes 12 sessions and each takes two weeks to complete. The day you
sign up becomes your billing cycle date. You are billed monthly until you finish

Who is the program for?

We’re for people who want to take control of how they eat and feel. Your body
may be telling you that you need to make change. You may be living with signs of

I eat a particular way, will the program work for me?

We’ve created our program for all kinds of eaters (allergies, sensitivities,
preferences). We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach and we don’t give
you menus or meal plans. We teach you how to apply healthy eating principles to
your life, and empower you with the know-how and skills to create new behaviors
and get it working for you. So regardless of how you eat (vegan, vegetarian,
paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, halal, kosher) you’ll activate
evidence-based healthy eating guidance and get the food ideas and easy cooking
skills to make it taste delicious and fit how you like to eat and live.

How can one size fit all?

One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to healthy eating. We all have different
bodies, issues, and lives. And while the guidelines and benefits of healthy
eating are clear, how you live it will most likely be different than how your
friends live it. And that individuality is what needs to happen for you to get
to a lifestyle that sticks. Our program helps you figure out how foods work
inside your body to create a personalized way of eating that works best for you.

How does the program work?

All you need is the internet, a device and curiosity! Sign up and start whenever
you’d like. You fill in our survey so we can customize the program for you. 

The program runs on your schedule (online, on-demand, on any device). Session by
session we guide you through our proven nutrition + healthy cooking curriculum.
There are 12 sessions. Each session takes two weeks to complete and covers two
things: 1) a key healthy eating topic that you need to get right for you; and 2)
a specific food group and the fast and easy cooking & flavoring skills you need
to learn to make it taste Ahhhhmazing!  

You watch class and spend the two weeks adjusting how you eat, trying new foods,
learning how to cook & flavor them easily, and noticing how you feel. Your coach
reviews your log and sends you messages and answers any questions you have. When
the two weeks are up you are invited into the next session.  But no stress, if
you need more time, you wait to watch it. Nothing is piling up – the program is
waiting for you to watch your next class.  

The full program is 12 sessions (each lasts for 2 weeks). If you go through it
as intended it takes 6 months to complete, but you can always go more slowly and

You pay monthly and your subscription automatically ends when you complete
session 12. However you can decide to cancel at anytime (with a click). If you
go through it as intended (a session every two weeks), it will take you 6 months
to complete the full program.

How do I access the program?

Simply use your favorite browser to log into the program. It’s available online,
on-demand (watch anytime), on any device (phone, tablet, computer). So at 2am in
your pajamas you can watch class, check out the cooking content and send your
coach a message.

Can you tell me more about my coach?

Our coaches are board-certified behavior change wellness coaches and
nutritionists. The class videos provide the education and teach you the why and
how to activate healthy eating in a way that works best for you. Your coach
helps you tinker to make gradual changes each week as you create new healthier
eating habits that you love. Their primary goal is to provide encouragement,
help you connect how you are eating with how you’re feeling, and break down
barriers to making change. You will be paired with a coach who will work with
you throughout your experience. Your coach proactively sends you messages
(through the app), responds to your questions, and engages with you as little or
as much as you’d like. (We get that some people don’t want a coach and we don’t
take it personally!)

Savory Living is intended to assist you with your personal health, fitness and
wellness efforts. It can be used by you to make informed decisions about your
health, but it is not a substitute for treatment by or the advice of your
