Foothills HOA has 146 individually owned lots, with Governing Documents and Rules/Regulations that outline requirements for use of the properties. There is a Clubhouse with showers, washers and dryers, and a kitchen, also a separate room that can be reserved by Owners for private functions for a fee. There is also an enclosed dog park. Parowan is one of the oldest towns in Utah and borders the Dixie National Forest. There are numerous opportunities for outdoor activities including Skiing, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Snowmobiling, ATVing and Hunting within minutes of town. There are four distinct and beautiful seasons to enjoy. *Please note that visitors must follow all Community rules. **No Travel trailers, Fifth wheels, Motorhomes or Park Models may be placed on any Lot within the Community without Architectural pre approval. (Owners and Renters alike) ***Architectural Requests must be submitted and approved prior to bringing anything into the community or starting any work outside of the Living Unit. Any parking of vehicles must be in the residents 16x20 parking pad or in front of the Clubhouse. Overnight Clubhouse parking allowed with a pre-approved Parking Permit. No short term Rentals allowed.
