The app is incredibly unresponsive, with little indication that you have
selected anything. Much of the processing happens without informing the user
that something is loading or processing. Also, it is literally impossible to
change it password. There are multiple issues with the process, including
waiting until the service sends you a recovery code before moving to a new
screen. The button doesn't react to input. Finally, pushing submit on the new
password does not seem to do anything.

Not quite as intuitive as I expected it to be by now. Additionally, too many
restrictions are placed on the users as far as adjusting personal information.
For instance, a complete inability to change ones home address, or to challenge
(incorrect) information filled out by their medical practitioner. They are not
omniscient, they make mistakes. An app centered around managing your personal
health history/information should actually allow you to manage/adjust such
information (within reason).

Crashes, along with the fact it doesn't accept my login information even if it
is correct. Tried to call customer service and they can't do anything but give
you an email of IT support. At which point it's too many hoops to jump through
that takes away the ease the stupid app's "goal" to provide anyway. This is just
the login, not even the ability to use the app yet.
