We handcraft our affordable City Bed Frame in our own woodshop from sustainably
harvested solid timber. The sleek design features a solid wood slat system and
an optional solid wood headboard with rounded corners. Front corners are also
softly rounded. Patented tool-free assembly is fast and easy. Available in
natural blonde or elegant walnut.

Ruined the first mattress and still delivered it, then the second one they left
blocking the bottom stair at my apartment and didn't bring it to my door because
it weighed too much! Pay the extra for delivery and set up! My only regret!

mattress! I can roll over! Which is something I could not do easily or
painlessly in my previous memory foam bed. So YES we are happy! Delivery was
quick like they said in the Site. A Warning! this mattress is VERY heavy & bulky
& rolled (170 lbs) don't expect to get it up stairs without help. Materials and
workmanship are wonderful. If I have one complaint I wish the top could come off
for washing. We've tried a mattress cover but it made the bed noticeably warmer.
I recommend this mattress to everyone, especially my larger friends It's so hard
to find good information about all the mattresses available and what is best for
my size beyond what company may say. This one truly is comfortable! I'm glad we

I am very happy with the mattress. Delivery was an issue. It was left at the
foot of my porch and the bottm of the box was shorn and the mattress slipped out
while I was carrying the 130 pound mattress up the stairs into the house. I was
promised a $75 rebate for my troubles. It never came.

t and Labor Day 2020 rolled around and I purchased the queen size mattress
without a pillow-top add-on.
It came all rolled up and the mail delivery guy said it looked like a water
heater package :") My sister and I got a heavy duty dolly to roll it into the
garage and were able to get it into the house without too much effort. We are
both very petite, but with some muscle, we were able to do it. I bought a metal
non-spring boxspring for it (I know, it sounds weird - but it does exist, look
on wayfair for the highest rated boxspring and that is it). It hasn't felt too
bouncy with a boxspring and feels sturdy.
The first night I had it, it took some getting used to because it was a tad
firmer than my last mattress (which had a 2" medium firmness latex topper on it
and felt like a marshmallow at times). After that night, I slept great in it. I
was concerned that the tufted buttons would bother me because I have quite bony
arms and shoulders, but it doesn't. I put a sheet and a heated mattress pad on
top of the mattress and I can barely feel them.
There wasn't any off-gassing or weird smells and I haven't had any bad reactions
to it. All the stitching looks well-done and it looks like a high quality
mattress. I love getting into bed at night because I know it will be
comfortable.
Also, even on days when I am in bed a lot (either a rest day or doing a lot of
virtual school), I don't get tired of how the mattress feels. With my old coil
mattress, my body would feel tired of the bed by the time it was time for sleep.

All of the years I’ve had nine or 10 pillows in the last 10 years. Actually
counting the three I just got from Avocado it might be closer to 12 pillows. I
tend to reach for the pillow I’m in the mood for and this little one is great
for that moment you want something small under your head.

situation. Now my four other pillows get shoved aside each night in favor of my
Avocado pillow! I tried removing some filling, but added it back when I decided
I preferred it stuffed as it came - no need to mess with perfection. It's soft
and cozy, but breathable and so supportive that I only need one. I never need to
flip it or fluff it in the middle of the night, and I don't overheat from
sinking into it. It does have a slight smell, as did the mattress when I first
got it, but I actually like it - the best description I can come up with is
"cottony buttered latex."
The only minor trouble I've had is with the pillow sizing. I was concerned that
Avocado's standard-size width of 24" would be too small for my standard 26"
pillowcases, and the 28" queen pillow would be too large. I asked Avocado's
customer service and they said that my standard pillowcases would fit the queen
pillow, so that was what I opted for. Turns out that's not quite true - out of
all my standard-size pillowcases, I only had a couple that happen to fit this
pillow (Target's Fieldcrest brand, in case anyone's wondering). Most of them are
much too small! The pillow protector I bought for it is also too small, despite
being labeled as a 28" width. In retrospect, maybe I should have gotten the
standard size instead of the queen, but it seems wasteful to send back the one I
have now and recycle what is an otherwise great pillow. So, now my bedding is
usually a little mismatched.
Other than the sizing snafu, I absolutely love my Avocado pillow and mattress,
and I am happy to support a company that puts so much effort into creating
high-quality products that are good to the environment and consumers. I've
recommended them to coworkers, neighbors, strangers who comment on my
well-rested appearance, and now to anyone reading this review. Read LessRead
