HI! I'M ISABEL

If you are currently struggling with your weight or diet, I have a special
message for you.

You may be thinking you're addicted to sugar or fast food. You may be thinking
you're lacking in willpower or you may even believe your battle with your weight
is hopeless.

I'm here to tell you all those thoughts are a lie.

I believe you aren't here by accident. God has given me an important message to
give you and it's a message of freedom and peace around food.

As Christians our weight loss and wellness journeys are not just physical, they
are spiritual.

THE REASON WHY EVERY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM YOU'VE TRIED HAS EVENTUALLY FAILED
ISN'T THAT YOU AREN'T STRONG ENOUGH OR YOU DIDN'T TRY HARD ENOUGH. IT'S SIMPLY
BECAUSE THE FOCUS WAS IN THE WRONG PLACE.

When we put the focus right where it should be... on God and getting your body
back to the way He designed it to be... this will help you take back the
freedom, confidence, and peace that God already has for you.

My Story: Where Food Meets Faith

For years I watched my mother struggle with her weight. Living with her, I saw
first hand what fighting the never-ending battle of weight loss can do to a
person's confidence and self-esteem.

Over the years my mother would lose weight through hard work and dieting, only
to put the weight back on when life got in the way. It was a hard thing to
watch, but that period of my life shaped my purpose and gave me a "why."

I realized that I wanted to study nutrition and help men and women all over the
world break free from their struggle with weight. After several years my mother
finally overcame her weight issues when she decided to offer up her struggle to
God.

This, and this alone, was the pivotal moment in her life and journey to freedom
with food.

I’ve spent the last 20 years studying nutrition and health and helping millions
of people across the globe create a healthier lifestyle.

But that wasn’t enough.

I knew if I wanted to have a true and lasting impact on this earth, I needed to
combine the power of proper nutrition with the power of God’s love.

That is why I’ve created the programs with the best meal plans and recipes
combined with a heavy focus on your relationship with God and a community of
believers to support you every step of the way.

I'm so glad you've found me and it is my prayer that you will also find the
freedom and peace that God has for you!
