Make sure your password matches the password policy. For security reasons, your
password must be kept secret.

I want to log in as a different user. What should I do?
Select 'other user' and you will be able to type a different userID or email
address.
Why can't I log in with my e-mail address? What should I do?
Your e-mail address is probably not registered correctly. Make sure you use your
AF-KL professional e-mail address. For now, you can use your UserID to log in.

For KLM contact the HR Support Center to have the address corrected.

Why isn't my userID or name remembered?
Check if you ticked the 'remember me' box and if you have accepted cookies in
your browser settings. To check this, open your Internet browser (Internet
Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox) and search for 'cookies' in your settings.
Here you can allow cookies. If you use an iPhone or an iPad, turn off ‘private
browsing’ by clicking on the icon with double squares in Safari. To enable
cookies, tap Private, then tap Done.

What is the PingID app?
PingID offers an easier way to log in securely. Any company can use this
application. AFKL offers a selection of the PingID methods, depending on your
business or department requirements.

What is the PingID self-service portal?
On the PingID self-service portal you can manage your registered devices and
login methods. You can access the portal in the footer of your login page.

How do I access the PingID self-service portal?
You can go to the self-service portal from a Habile screen (through the link at
the bottom of your screen), or use the direct link to
https://pingid.airfranceklm.com/.
From the PingID app on mobile devices (these are from the supplier PingID), it
is not possible to go to the self-service portal.

Why should I use the PingID application?
You no longer need to remember any password and the PingID app can be installed
on any device. The fastest login methods, such as fingerprint and facial
recognition are available on a mobile device. It only requires a one time
enrollment.

What about my privacy when using PingID?
Whichever login method you choose, your privacy is guaranteed (compliant to the
GDPR). All information stored at PingID is encrypted. PingID doesn't know your
name and surname, only your UserID. If you install the PingID app on your
device, PingID will only recognize the telephone type. During the installation
process, you receive a prompt to accept that your location can be seen. It is
not mandatory to accept the location request. Notifications are mandatory and
must be accepted.

Why should I give the PingID app access to my device camera?
To use PingID, you need to pair your device with your account. The easiest way
to do this, is to scan the QR code using your device camera. If you can't or
don't want to use your camera, you can copy the pairing key and paste it into
the entry field in the PingID app.

Do I need to allow push notifications (pop ups) by PingID on my mobile device?
Yes, the push notifications help you to directly open the PingID app the moment
you would like to authenticate. When you do not allow push notifications, you
will have to manually open the PingID app when you want to log in.

I use one Apple device so when logging in I need to switch between the
application and PingID. Why can't I automatically return to the application in
which I wanted to log in?
Automatically switching back to the application is not allowed by Apple (on
iPhone or iPad).
As an alternative you can pull down the PingID-notification and click on
'allow'. This way you remain in the application in which you intend to log in.

Does the application also work in landscape mode?
At this moment the app only works in portrait mode. PingID is working on
landscape options.

'Continuous authentication' requires that PingID keeps running in the
background. Is there any impact on the battery capacity?
There is no negative impact on the battery capacity. A push message is sent, for
the app to react on. The app is only used to log in. After that not any more.

What are the consequences of using my private mobile device for PingID?
If you use the PingID app outside of Europe, please make sure that you use WiFi
instead of your mobile data to avoid any extra costs, unless your phone
subscription allows international data roaming.

Can I install PingID without internet?
No you can't. To install and activate PingId, you need a proper working
internet-connection.

Launching PingID on my mobile phone / my tablet, an error is displayed that the
device does not meet the policy. Why?
The cause of this message is that you have no screen lock installed on your
device. This is a prerequisite to use Ping ID. You shall configure a Pin code, a
password, a schema, a fingerprint or facial recognition to unlock your device.

I am on board and have no wifi / I have no network connection. Can I log in?
Yes. In this case you copy the 6-digit code in the PingID app and paste it in
the screen on which you want to log in.
Note: on board you will not receive a push-notification from PingID to log in.
The app in which you want to log in needs to be able to function without an
internet connection.

What happens with my personal data and my device memory when I use my private
mobile device for PingID?
AFKL does not store your personal data. AFKL and PingID do not know your
fingerprint or facial recognition, these are stored on your mobile device. The
PingID app only requests your authentication and checks whether the answer
provided is valid. The installation of PingID does not take up any memory on
your device.

Why am I asked to give the PingID app a nickname when I install it on my mobile
device?
PingID can be used by any company, for example your bank or a webshop that
requires you to log in. During installation, the application asks you to give it
a nickname. For example, you can name it AFKL, to distinguish this installation
from others.

Which login methods are available?
The easiest method is based on the functions of your mobile device: for example
fingerprint, facial recognition or the screen swipe. Besides the PingID App,
there are also other methods available. You can manage your methods in the
PingID self-service portal on https://pingid.airfranceklm.com/.

On how many devices can I install the PingID app?
You can install PingID on six devices. For example, on a private smartphone, a
company computer or tablet, a private computer or tablet.

On what type of mobile device can I install the PingID app?
The PingID app is compatible with all types of smartphones or tablets with a
minimum requirement of a pincode to unlock the device. Depending on the
possibilities of your mobile device, the PingID app automatically adapts to the
possible method.

How do I install PingID on an Apple Watch?
An Apple Watch app is part of the iPhone app. If your Apple Watch is set to
install apps automatically, then once the PingID app is installed on your
iPhone, it will also be available on your Apple Watch.

In the self-service portal I can add my phone or tablet, but not a fingerprint
or face-recognition. How can I use these?
You add the mobile device as a method. The PingID app will then make use of the
biometric authentication possibilities offered by your device. A fingerprint or
face-recognition only works when you already use these methods to e.g. unlock
your device. So, when the fingerprint option is already 'on' on your mobile
device, the PingId application will automatically use this option. You can only
“add” a device to your Ping profile, like your iPad, and your (private) mobile
phone. (max. 6 devices).

I can't install the PingID app on my mobile device, how come?
You need to have a mobile device, which is protected with at least a pincode.
If you do not yet have an access code on your mobile device (pincode, password,
fingerprint, or face-recognition option) you can't install the PingID app.

In the installment flow, I can't scan the QR code to pair my device. What should
I do?
Make sure to accept the use of your device camera to be able to pair your device
with your account. If you can't or don't want to use your camera, you can also
copy the pairing code and paste it into the PingID app.

How can I copy the 6-digit code on my mobile?
Press long on the code. On the iPhone or iPad a pop up appears with the text
“copy code”. Click on this. Now you can paste the code in the app in which you
want to log in.

How can I mute PingID notifications?
On your device, access Settings > Notifications and then tap PingID. The PingID
notification settings are shown. Select the following notification options:
'Show silently'.

I don't want to use my private smartphone or tablet. Can I still use PingID?
There are also other methods available, such as the PingID desktop application.
Every time you log in, you have to enter your PINcode in the PingID screen. Then
you will receive a one-time passcode, which you have to copy and fill in on the
Habile login screen.

How can I install the first PingID login method?
If you want to start using PingID, 2 possibilities:
 * From the Habile Login screen click on 'learn more'. Step by step you will be
   guided through the installation process.
 * From the homepage of the PingID portal, click on the button « Verify it’s you
   » and answer your secret question or fill in the One Time Passcode received
   on your professional email.

Then click on « Add login method ».

Where do I find the QR-code to connect my device?
The QR-code appears on your laptop screen during the installation process.
Another option is to copy the pairing key by copy/paste or to write it down and
use the keyboard to input it in the designated field.

How can I select my preferred method?
You can manage your preferred method via the PingID self-service portal. The
preferred method is marked. You can adjust this by clicking on another method in
the PingID self-service portal.

How can I add or remove a device or a PingID method?
Click on the link PingID self-service portal in the footer. On this page you can
add or remove methods.

I have a new mobile device. How can I connect my device to PingID?
Go to PingID self-service portal and click on the 'add method' button. Scan the
QR code to pair your new device with PingID. You can delete your old device from
the list.

I have a new mobile device. How can I transfer the PingID app?
When you have a new mobile device, you can transfer PingID authentication from
the PingID app on your old mobile device.
 * On your new device, download and install PingID from the Apple Store or the
   Play Store.
 * On your old device (the one you want to unpair), open the PingID app. Click
   on the settings wheel and then on 'Change device'. You'll see a QR code and
   pairing key.
 * Open the PingID app on your new mobile device and scan the QR-code, or enter
   the pairing key. A green checkmark indicates pairing is complete.
 * Next time you log on to your account or app, you are prompted to authenticate
   on your new device.

How can I install the PingID desktop application?
To install the desktop application on a Windows computer, go to the Software
Center in Microsoft System Center in your Start menu. Type: PingID in the search
field and click install. When installed, you have to pair the application to
your account. Go to the PingID self-service portal and select the 'desktop
application method' and enter the pairing key that appears in the desktop
application. You will be asked to fill in a protection PIN code of your choice.
Save this PIN code as you need it every time you log in via the PingID desktop
application.
To log in to your application, you first have to open the desktop application
and enter your PIN code. You will see a one-time passcode that appears in the
desktop application. Enter this code on the Habile login screen.

Is there a Mac app in the Mac appstore?
No, not in the Mac app-store. You can download the desktop application for the
Mac from the PingID website on
https://www.pingidentity.com/en/resources/downloads/pingid.html.
There you will also find links to the apps in the appstores for Android and iOS.

I have lost my pin code for the desktop application. What can I do?
You have to dissociate the desktop application and re-install it. Then, during
the pairing step, fill in a new PIN code.

The desktop application informs me that it needs to be upgraded to a new
version. Can I do this myself?
No, this will be done by your local administrator. Please make sure that you
uncheck the box 'automatic upgrades' so that you can continue to work on the old
version.

If I forgot my mobile. How can I log in?
Click on 'Forgot your mobile device?' on the screen. You will now get the option
to receive a one-time passcode by email after providing your HABILE password.

For security reasons it is required to delete the lost device on the PingID
self-service portal.

No, AFKL will delete your PingID methods through an automated process.

What happens when I delete the app from my mobile device?
When you delete the PingID app from your mobile phone or tablet, this device is
still linked to your account. Go to the PingID self-service Portal on
https://pingid.airfranceklm.com/ and log in. First remove the device from the
list and then delete the app from your mobile device.

I have the PingID app on multiple devices. It works on one device, not on the
other. How can I solve this?
Go to the PingID self-service portal on https://pingid.airfranceklm.com/ and log
in. Delete the methods/device on which it does not work properly. There is no
need to delete the app from your mobile device. Then add the mobile device again
in the self-service portal. Logging in with this device should now be possible
again.

Do I always need to log in with PingID, or can I also continue to use a
password?
PingID will replace RSA Token and not the use of a password. Depending on the
application you want to access, logging in with single-factor (password) or
multi-factor (PingID or RSA Token) is possible.

Are there applications for which the RSA token is still required?
Yes, there are some applications which do not yet work (well) with PingID. We
are working hard to make these applications suitable for the use of PingID.
Sometimes exceptions are required though, which make it impossible to have these
applications work with PingID at this moment.

I don't see the RSA tab on the login screen anymore, what can I do?
From the moment you can use PingID, the RSA tab on your login screen will
disappear. If you still want to login with your RSA token, click on 'Go back to
RSA token' at the bottom of the login screen.

When will the RSA token be phased out? / As of when can I no longer use the RSA
token?
The phase-out takes place per domain or usergroup. You will receive an
email-message when your RSA token will be de-activated.

I don't need my RSA token anymore. How can I deactivate it?
You can deactivate your RSA token by filling in this form. The deactivation is
done by IT Security, this can take a few days.

Currently I use a RSA hard token, what should I do with it?
Depending on the validity (expiry date) of the hard token, this will be put back
into the pool of tokens. You can hand in your hard token at one of the
techcafe's. Does your hard token have a validity which expires within 3 months?
In that case you can discard it. Please think of the environment when you
dispose of your token.
