ABOUT

My name is Michelle Ngaire

Before entering the telecommunications field, I gained diverse experience
working in various roles throughout the music industry. With over a decade in
telecommunications since then, I have worked closely with an Australian network
carrier from its inception, which has given me the opportunity to develop a
comprehensive understanding of the sector’s complexities. My extensive
background allows me to break down technical details into clear, relatable
terms, ensuring clients, developers, and stakeholders remain informed and
confident in their telecommunications projects.

WHY MICHELLE NGAIRE FOUNDED S CONNECT CONSULTING

After contributing to one of Australia’s fastest-growing fibre optic networks,
Michelle identified a critical gap in the telecommunications landscape.
Developers often lacked clear guidance on the network components essential for
their buildings, while builders and other stakeholders struggled to understand
complex fibre infrastructure & regulatory requirements. Communication breakdowns
across these groups frequently led to some delays, added costs, and reduced
efficiency (an issue across the whole industry). S Connect was established to
streamline communication, provide expert guidance on telecommunications
essentials, and ensure that every project’s fibre network integration runs as
smoothly and cost-effectively as possible—while recognising that some challenges
may be beyond anyone’s control.
