Do I need a prescription?

How quickly will I receive the medication?

After your provider has prescribed Semaglutide or Tirzepatide we send your
prescription to a compounding pharmacy that is licensed in your state. It
*typically takes 3-7 business days for the pharmacy to compound your medication
and then it is shipped to you via overnight.

Ongoing shipment of medications is dependent on the patient completing all
medical check-in forms in a timely manner. 

*In extreme cases shipments and delivery can be delayed 7-10 business days due
to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster. 

Does Body Miracle offer any other medications or treatment plans?

Currently, we offer Tirzepatide, the active ingredient found in Mounjaro®*, and
Zepbound® and Semaglutide, the active ingredient found in Ozempic® and Wegovy®.

Who is the Body Miracle medical team?

The Body Miracle platform links you to a specialized clinical network comprised
solely of licensed physicians. Every healthcare professional within this network
has completed a thorough screening process and license verification. This
exclusive network guarantees that patients receive exceptional medical care from

Where are Body Miracle Services doctors and pharmacies located?

All our doctors and pharmacies are based in the United States. Each doctor in
our network possesses a valid medical license issued in the United States.
Before being listed on our platform, both doctors and pharmacies undergo an
extensive background check and license verification process.

Is it legal for Body Miracle to provide prescriptions online?

Absolutely.

Body Miracle has pioneered telemedicine technologies enabling doctors to deliver
medical consultations and care remotely. All participating doctors on the
platform are licensed to treat patients and prescribe medication within the
patient’s state of residence.

How is Body Miracle different from other brands?

We offer Tirzepatide the active ingredient found in active ingredient found in
Mounjaro®*, and Zepbound®, and and Semaglutide, the active ingredient found in
Ozempic® and Wegovy®. Our virtual doctor consultations are initiated as soon as
patients complete the intake and upload the required photos. Your intake, doctor
consultations, prescribed medication and syringes, and overnight shipping are
all included in the monthly price. This allows our customers to start quickly
and continue the process with no surprises.

What happens if the subscription price changes after I've already subscribed?

As long as you maintain a continuous subscription from month to month, your
current price will be retained. However, in the event of any payment lapses and
subsequent rejoining, you will be subject to the current price applicable at the
time of re-enrollment.

In the event that in the future you and your medical care provider determine
that your dose should be increased above the dosing included in your current
membership you will be contacted discuss your plan options. 

Is insurance coverage available for the Body Miracle Services subscription?

We do not accept health insurance at this time.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes,  Body Miracle subscription program operates on a month-to-month basis,
offering you the flexibility to cancel anytime before your next medication
prescription is issued. To manage your account please visit the My Account
page. 

Do you require a long-term contract?

No, Body Miracle is a month-to-month subscription. You are free to cancel at any
time.

How often will I be billed for the subscription?

Your subscription will be billed monthly until you choose to cancel.

Are there different subscription tiers or options to choose from?

No, at present, Body Miracle Services offers a singular subscription plan
tailored to assist you in achieving your health objectives.

What do I need to do to file an FSA reimbursement claim?

To file a claim, you’ll require your Body Miracle invoice. If you cannot find
your invoice in your email, access your account on the My Account Page to
retrieve past invoices. 

Regarding filing, your FSA administrator typically has a preferred method for
receiving claims. Some administrators permit online claim submissions, while
others provide a form for completion.

Is my Body Miracle subscription eligible for FSA/HSA/HRA reimbursement?

Your prescription medication is eligible for FSA or other tax-advantaged
healthcare spending account reimbursement under many plans.  Please check with
your provider for confirmation. 

Do you accept FSA or other Health Savings or Reimbursement Account debit cards?

No, unfortunately, we are not able to accept Health Savings Account debit cards
at this time.

What if I have a question about my bill?

What will appear on my bank statement?

Card payments will be shown under the name BodyMiracle.com.

What happens if the subscription price changes after I've already subscribed?

If you remain a continuous customer month to month, your current price will be
preserved.

However, should there be any payment lapse and you rejoin the program, you will
enter at the prevailing price applicable at the time of rejoining.

What should I do if there is not enough medication in my vial to last the month?

Our pharmacy partners strictly adhere to regulations to ensure accurate
medication prescriptions. Your vial contains the correct amount of medication.
In some cases, partners may use a 10ml vial for an initial dose of 1ml, which
may seem insufficient but is the correct dosage.

Why am I receiving a smaller vial with less medication than my previous order?

Body Miracle is dedicated to supporting your health journey and minimizing
waste. Previous orders may have included extra medication in the vial. However,
medication effectiveness declines after 28 days once the vial is punctured.
Hence, we have enhanced our process to reduce waste and deliver a 4-week supply
as prescribed.

Why is my vial of medication not full?

Initial prescriptions often start with smaller amounts to allow your body to
adjust. Around the third week, we’ll assess your progress, and your doctor will
determine the appropriate dosage for the next phase.

Are compounded medicines safe?

Compounded medicines are customized based on a healthcare provider’s
prescription for individual patient needs. Our partner pharmacies, licensed by
the FDA and regulated by state boards of pharmacy, adhere to rigorous USP
standards for sterile compounding. Products undergo testing and quarantine
before release to ensure safety and efficacy.

What form of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide do you provide?

Our partner pharmacies use the base form of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide in their
formulations.
