account which can increase your monthly payment.

If you have not done so already, contact your insurance agent and cancel the
insurance policy you no longer want. In order to avoid an escrow shortage later,
if you received a refund check from your insurance provider, endorse it (sign
the back) and send it to the address on your letter.
