Here you can find information about our file management , general handling of digital assets, and any helpful tidbits that we use from time to time. This document is structured using Diátaxis as a pragmatic approach for documentation. More information about that approach here: https://diataxis.fr/ GETTING STARTED If you’re not sure where to start, check these out first: 1. About client folder 2. About File & Folder Structure 3. Client project folder naming guide 4. Recording with the GH5 & GH3 5. About ‘_old’ folders From here, you can begin exploring the sidebar on the left for more information about our process, such as guides, best practices and production files docs. HOW TO USE THIS DOCUMENTATION * Overview: Using in-line links (the purple underlined text), you can navigate most documents without having to look through the folders on the left. * Navigation arrows: if you accidentally clicked on a link inside a note and want to go back, use the arrows in the top-left of this window to navigate backwards and forwards through any links you’ve clicked on. * Refer to the Summary Note (old) which provides a comprehensive list of folders and sub-folders that make up our standard project directories. * Search: Utilise Obsidian’s search (magnifying glass icon in the top-left) to find information quickly. UPDATES AND RESPONSIBILITY The ideal plan is for this documentation to be reviewed quarterly. Currently, Miro is responsible for this documentation. In the future it would be ideal for the responsibility to alternate between the technical and creative teams, to ensure a balanced perspective. FEEDBACK If you have suggestions or spot inconsistencies, please communicate them to miro@studioglobal.co.uk.
