Scheduling meetings from within Teams You can schedule meetings from within the Microsoft Teams desktop or mobile application. From within a team or channel, you click the small camera icon to meet now or using the same icon you can also choose to schedule a meeting as you would in Outlook. From within the teams dashboard you will see this icon in the top right hand corner: From within the Calendar dashboard you will see this icon also in the top right hand corner: 2. Save Messages and bookmark your conversations This is a really neat and handy piece of functionality which allows you to save a message sent to you by another Microsoft teams user all by clicking the 3 dots ‘…’ next to the message: Then you can recall all your saved messages by clicking on your profile picture top right and selecting ‘Saved’ or possibly quicker would be to type in the command bar /saved. This is a really easy and simple feature that many users who have Teams don’t use. Try it and see your life improve 3. Navigation Buttons (< >) The simple tips are always the best, check this one out! When I first started using Teams, i loved it so much, but there was also some challenges in regards to juggling tasks firing in. I found myself popping in and out of chats. The navigation buttons were my saviour, allowing me to move forward and back between the recent areas i have been. Give it a go, its dead easy to use and saves you some time on Microsoft Teams. 4. Zoom in and out just like in your Browser! All you need to do is press ‘CTRL+’ to zoom in, and ‘CTRL-‘ to zoom out. If you need to zoom in on that important document it saves you having to download it fully before you respond. 5. We can integrate Microsoft Teams with ANY phone system. Exactly what it says on the tin, we can provide your integration with your existing phone system and ensure you benefit from our wholesale call bundles rather then Microsofts high fees and limited functionality. if you would like to know more please do reach out to us. Albeit a little apprehensive due to it being a big switch for us as a business, the offer seemed very good so we agreed to go ahead. Since our commitment to Rydal I can honestly say the process has been extremely seamless. All departments have been very communicative and kept us up to date with installations and switch over dates etc. Upon install at both offices we had an engineer called Wayne conducting the work, Wayne was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything was explained and working correctly. The price quoted is not the price being charged as they have now added on lots of extras that are essential, yet not mentioned in the initial quote. We've been going backwards and forwards for months trying to resolve this and are just met with a take it or leave it attitude. Rep has now left the company but Rydal will not take any responsibility. Whilst they do sort out issues eventually, it takes far too long to get things sorted properly and you have to keep chasing them. Phone diverts not actioned properly during key trading periods. Not really the type of company we like to do business with unfortunately. We have 3 years left of our 5 year contract and they have quoted us an obscene amount to part company. Proceed with caution, make sure you are aware of the Grenke rental charges and annual insurance premiums which are automatically extracted from your bank accounts. The system worked immediately it was plugged in. Good quality handsets and almost immediate replies to any queries. The service department are supportive in dealing with the setup of the system with the huge range of functionality on offer. We were impressed with the way they handled everything from consultation to installation so when we experienced some IT issues we contacted them first. Their knowledge and efforts have saved us a great deal of time, expense and we have a fully working IT system tailored to our needs. Phil Kernick, our business manager is always at hand to deal with any issues we encounter and they are resolved efficiently and promptly and therefore we would recommend them to anyone. Rydal came recommended, all seemed good.Engineers visited and on their recommendation on what was needed we went ahead.Have had nothing but hassle since. Equipment that they installed keeps failing. Getting issues resolved takes forever.Free professional voice recording is now chargeable as the "lady we have is on maternity leave" and nobody else can do it.2 hour ticketing system to resolve an issue just never happens.Very very poor customer service.100% would not recommend.Seems to be an industry problem, now looking for another supplier. Came out with him on his second visit and pulled out every sales tactic in the book to try and get us over the line. However Winston’s Techniques were a bit over powering almost double glazing like. This but doubt into our minds and then lead us to not sign up on the day and then take a further appointment with your competitors HiHi. Alison Huxham a month ago So glad we switched to Rydal some 12 months ago. We had an issue last week whereby we lost all connectivity. Andy S took up our case and liaised with our IT support company to find the source of the problem. Andy then brought in Chris (an engineer from Rydal) who attended the site and got us back up and running. So nice to be kept informed as to what's going on at each step of the way.
