Together with an experienced team you shape and run SAP’s software accessibility user experience. You will work in SAP’s central accessibility team to support SAP’s global product design and development teams in delivering accessible software. You have a strong focus on our users’ and customers’ needs from both a product and business perspective. You observe global accessibility legislation, industry best practices, technological innovation and bring that into scalable central guidance. The following topics should be of your interest and basic skillset: * have knowledge in W3C WCAG 2.2, EN 301549, BITV 2.0 and US Section 508, and ARIA * expertise in assistive tool support both web and mobile * have IAAP certification CPACC, WAS, CPWA, ADS (or comparable skills) * understanding of customers' accessibility conformance needs * knowledge of SAP's product portfolio and strategy * enabling designers and developers to bring accessibility into SAP products * passion for tech innovation and AI * ability to adapt quickly to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change * excellent communication and presentation skills * Fluent English and German skills We are looking forward to meeting you!
