Software works on mobile and larger devices as a webapp for all functions,
including point of sale.


EVENTS

Create events and optionally sell event tickets online. Attendees can check in
with their phone or a printed ticket, which can also have bar credits loaded as
part of the price.


GIFT CARDS

Gift card can be purchased through the integrated online shop or in store.
Customers can select preset values or create a gift card for a value of their
choosing.


BOOKINGS

Customers can book from any browser-enabled device anywhere anytime using
coupons included in their subsription or online payment. When staff make
bookings they can link through to the POS module and take payment or link
through to the customer's account.


BAY CONTROL

Another big advatage of the BayBooker system is integration and control of the
simulator bays, welcoming the booked users by name, starting the booking, and
counting down and shutting off the simulator after the session, allowing for a
fully automated, unattended 24/7 site for members.

Your staff can focus on creating a great customer experience rather than
policing bay usage!


ACCESS CONTROL

Key fob access control and control of alarm system and lighting for authorised
access 24/7.


STAFF MANAGEMENT

On site staff clock in and clock out, opening and closing checklist for your
facility, and daily staff reports. Owners and other stakeholders can see who and
when staff are on site.


STOCK CONTROL

Products can be tracked and sold via point of sale and built-in webshop as
required. BayBooker can even handle your onsite bar!


POINT OF SALE

Included is a fully featured point of sale, including membership discounts and
linked to all other modules. Connects to EFTPOS machines for accepting payments
and key fob, QR, and barcode scanners for faster customer interactions.


MEMBERSHIPS

Recurring memberships with auto credit card charges and allocation of booking
coupons. Create as many subsciption levels as required.


WEBSHOP

Built-in webshop accessible from a link from your website for members to buy
gift cards, event tickets, coupons, etc.


DETAILED REPORTING

Understand all sources of income and bay utilisation from the online portal, as
well as auto generated daily, weekly, and monthly email reports as required.
