Scammers and fraudsters continue to find new ways to try to access your
information, accounts or personal data. We work 24/7 to keep you safe from these
scams, and there are things you can do to help keep yourself and your finances
safe.

We will never call, text or email and ask you for your personal information.

Some scammers will call and portray themselves as FNBO employees. While FNBO
will contact you for a variety of reasons, FNBO will not call you and ask for
sensitive information. That information includes:

• Mother's Maiden Name • Date of Birth • Social Security Number • Account/Card
Number • Username • Password • One-Time Passcodes/Links

If you feel pressured or concerned about the call, please hang up and call the
number on the back of your FNBO Visa® to confirm if we are trying to reach you
for any reason.

Block unknown calls or text messages.

Beware of text messages or calls from unknown callers and never provide your
personal information or click on links from companies you do not recognize. Hang
up or delete the text if it does not seem legitimate and use the official
contact information from the company's website.

Resist pressure to provide information or take immediate action.

Legitimate businesses will provide you the time to make decisions and pay
through legitimate methods. If you feel pressured hang up and call back to the
published phone number associated with the business.

Feel free to reach out to us if you have questions about a communication or
suspect something may be fraudulent. Your financial security is of the utmost
