     EXCELLENT HOTEL FOR RELAXED VACAY
     
     We loved our stay here and top 3 overall worldwide for us. Beautiful resort
     and rooms worked perfect for family of four. Large resort but never crowded
     and usually very quiet at the gorgeous main pool. Kids club was fantastic
     especially Johanna who gave our daughter tons of henna tattoos. Water
     skiing everyday was so fun for my son and I. Free intro to scuba thru kids
     club got my son hooked who later did the bubble maker class. Housekeeping
     and breakfast were top notch. Food was good but got old after a few days
     and was expensive. We ordered off the kids menu which was better but
     limited. Was nice they delivered to the pool though. We’d love to return
     just a king ways from Alaska but we really enjoyed the country and our
     stay!

     GREAT HOTEL.
     
     I love the hotel and staff. Some minimal improvements can be made.
     The view from the Hotel room was stunning. The pools are great. Food was

     I am writing this letter to compliment and commend your excellent and
     wounderful service and hospitality.
     
     It was our second visit and was by chance for this time as I could not get
     a hotel for the new year
     
     I as surprised of the uplifting, services and services from porter- Mr
     seenarain, administration - mrs artee , house keeping mrs mala and leela ,
     restaurant rooman and vidusi and fmb manager mr nicola among others
     
     Our sejour at your hotel was extremely successful and beyond our
     expectation when compared to our first sejour years ago .
     
     The compliments that I have received from my family on your staff’s
     courteousness and the excellent food that your chefs prepared have been
     numerous. I am very delighted to take the decision of choosing to recommend

     FANTASTIC LE MERIDIEN ILE MAURICE
     
     Everyone has a memorable stay at Le Meridien Ile Maurice during the New
     Year's period, and I am very delighted to have experienced a very good
     hospitality from the hotel starting from check in until check out. The
     Front Office Manager, Nelly has been very accommodating with the rooms set
     up plus a late check out as a bonus while making sure that everyone is well
     looked after. The Director of F&B operations, Arvind has been on point
     organizing our table every night for dinner and was always there if we
     needed something in particular. Aki B also made our lunch at Waves special.
     Most of all, I came across many staffs at the hotel during our stay, but
     everyone at the hotel has made us feel comfortable, at home and pampered.
     Definitely we shall come back again, especially I didn't get the
     opportunity to try their SPA as it was overbooked. The New Year's Eve
     buffet was fantastic with nice food and great entertainment. Well done to
     Le Meridien Team, keep it up.

     For $1000 a day with breakfast with kids in northern part of the island I
     think you could easily do better elsewhere. If you were paying less than
     half of it, I would say it's worth it.
     
     We had two kids and room could be a tag bigger with option of queen beds
     instead of double.
     
     Property's upkeep, location, pools and beachfront is great ! It never feels
     crowded and we when there during Christmas period.
     
     The kids play area is great and the folks there helpful and polite. But I
     found them better equip to handle toddlers instead of less than 2yr olds.
     
     Food is good but not great.

     AWESOME EXPERIENCE AT LE MERIDIEN
     
     I was supposed to stay at LUX* Grand Baie but it was fully booked. My
     Travel Agent recommended Le Meridien. The experience was beautiful. The
     service was excellent, the attention to detail was the best, staff where
     super friendly, the food and entertainment was above par and everything you
     expect in five star hotel. Big Shout out to Brinner our Housekeeper. You
     will not be disappointed if you stay at Le Meridien.

     GREAT FOOD AND STAFF BUT TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
     
     I visited Le Meridien for a relaxing family trip.
     We were giving almost no prior information before our stay, and even after
     we got there, all the information given were by speech, and no pamphlets
     were given. The information on the hotel TV was minimal, and we struggled
     to find our way around.
     
     There were some problems that came up at dinner, (system problems)
     management came up to us while we were at the buffet to talk about the
     bill. It obviously ruined the relaxing trip we had planned, and we were
     very disappointed. Even after dinner the problem was not solved, and all
     the management and guest relations staff we talked to COULD NOT listen.
     They interrupted us, talked back to us, and even laughed in our face.
     
     When the problem was finally solved, they looked so smug, but they didn’t
     realize that they’ve already lost a potential long time customer. (We love
     to travel, and if we enjoy a hotel, we would go there 2,3 times a year.)
     
     It is such a shame because all the restaurant staff, childcare staff,
     cleaning staff etc. were so nice and inviting. The food was amazing,
     especially the octopus and calamari.
     
     The chef at Jade, was super, and really went out of his way to make our
     dinner the best.
     
     But sadly, I would not recommend anyone to stay here, and I’m guessing most
     other people who had been here won’t either, judging from how little people
     we saw at the height of holiday season.

     WONDERFUL FAMILY EXPERIENCE @ LE MERIDIEN, MAURITIUS
     
     We had a memorable and sublime family stay at Le Meridien, Mauritius during
     which we enjoy a super relaxing festive season break and my daughter's 18th
     birthday!!!! Such a wow Experience !!! Definitely recommend a stay at this
