REFUNDS.

Here you can request a refunds for unused or partially used tickets that you
have purchased online at SBB.ch or in the SBB Mobile app.


TICKETS FOR SWITZERLAND PURCHASED WITH LOGIN ONLINE OR IN THE APP (EXCLUDING
SPECIAL OFFERS).

Get your ticket refunded quickly and directly in the SBB Mobile app, the SBB
Preview app or in your user account on SBB.ch. 


INSTRUCTIONS FOR REFUNDS IN THE SBB MOBILE APP / SBB PREVIEW APP:

 1. Navigate to “Travel and tickets”.
 2. Select the ticket you would like to have refunded. 
 3. Select the menu item (circle with three dots) and choose “Refund ticket”.
 4. Check the settings and have the ticket refunded. 

The amount will be credited to the same means of payment used for your purchase.
You will also receive a refund confirmation by e-mail. Tickets that have already
been refunded are indicated as such.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR REFUNDS ON SBB.CH:

 1. Open the Orders section in your user account.
 2. Click on the ticket you would like to have refunded. 
 3. Click on the “Refund” button to switch to the refund overview. 
 4. The details can be checked again at this point.
 5. Click on “Refund” to issue the refund. 

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. You can view your refund at any time
in your user account.

The amount will be credited to the same means of payment used for your
purchase.

TICKETS FOR SWITZERLAND PURCHASED AS A VISITOR ONLINE (WITHOUT LOGIN) OR IN THE

You don’t have a user account and have purchased your ticket as a visitor? Use
the refund form to request a refund for your ticket.

SUPERSAVER TICKETS AND SAVER DAY PASSES FOR SWITZERLAND.

Can you return supersaver tickets?

Provided that certain conditions are met, supersaver tickets and Saver Day
Passes can be refunded by using the refund form. Use the form linked to below to
have your ticket refunded. You can do this regardless of whether you have a user
account or not.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL.

Refunds for international travel can be requested by calling the SBB Contact
Center on: 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/min.).
