Jim Parshall

Director, Connected Health & Devices External Innovation

Eli Lilly and Company

Since joining Lilly in 1999, Jim Parshall has held various technical and
leadership positions in manufacturing, IT, and product development. In each of
his roles, he has championed disruptive innovation to create significant
business impact within the 145-year-old pharmaceutical company. Assuming his

executing external connected health opportunities to support Lilly's key
therapeutic areas.

Prior to his external innovation role, Jim was Lilly’s Director of Software

This team delivered Lilly’s first Class I app to market in less than one year
after project start and received FDA clearance on the company’s first Class II
app. Jim has enjoyed serving on boards for small businesses and industry
associations and is currently the chair of the HIMSS Personal Connected Health
Alliance Advisory Board. His book, Applying S88: Batch Control from a User’s

Glen Tullman

Chief Executive Officer

Transcarent

As CEO of Transcarent, the first comprehensive, consumer-directed health and
care platform for employees of self-insured employers and their families, I look
forward to changing the consumer healthcare experience. Born in Silicon Valley,
Transcarent’s platform empowers consumers with the kind of information, guidance
and access that leads to better care, better outcomes, and more cost-effective
decisions for everyone.

Additionally, after seven years with Livongo, I have rejoined 7WireVentures, the
early stage venture capital firm that I founded with my long-time business
partner and friend Lee Shapiro, which has become one of the country’s most
successful funds.

In my former role as Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and most recently,
Executive Chairman of Livongo, we led the company through the largest consumer
digital health Initial Public Offering in history, a secondary offering, a
convertible debt offering that raised over $540 million, and the industry’s
largest merger ever between Livongo and Teladoc Health, valuing Livongo at $18.5
billion and beginning a new era of consumer centric virtual care.

I’ve been lucky to lead two other amazing public companies that changed the way
health care is delivered. What seems like a very long time ago, I was Chief
Executive Officer of Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX), which was at the time, the
leading provider of electronic health records, practice management, and
electronic prescribing systems, where I led the IPO and secondary offerings.
Prior to Allscripts, I was Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Systems, which
I also took public and then sold to McKesson/HBOC.

In October of 2020, under the leadership of Hemant Taneja, I joined the Board of
the Health Assurance Acquisition Corp., a Special Purpose Acquisition Company
(SPAC) with Dr. Stephen Klasko, Dr. Jennifer Schneider, Quentin Clark, and Anita
V. Pramoda. Our mission is to partner with leading health and care businesses
leveraging technology. We aim to support their efforts to become iconic category
winners that accelerate the digital transformation of existing healthcare into a
new system of health assurance.

Given how strongly I believe in giving back, I’m proud to serve as a Chancellor
to the International Board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and a
Director on the Board of the American Diabetes Association. Both organizations
are focused on finding cures for diabetes and keeping people healthy until we do
and on issues like insulin affordability and access to care.

Suresh Katta

Founder, CEO, Chairman

Saama

When founding Saama Technologies in 1997, I applied my lifelong passion for
mathematics to answer complex, yet key business questions that other business
intelligence solutions could not. With a vision to help organizations discover
value and insights from disparate data streams in their ecosystem, and well
before the term “big data” became ubiquitous, we sharpened Saama to become a
premier pure-play data science and advanced analytics firm with a desirable list
of customers. Today, we have an extensive history of providing data scientist
led solutions and services in the big data and business analytics market for top
enterprise companies.

With an electrical engineer and then a software developer background, I have an
entrepreneurial spirit, but understand the needs of large enterprise
organizations to turn raw data into actionable insights. Using best-of-breed
emerging technologies, our team has created analytics solutions and services
offerings to identify the micro needles in today’s enterprise’s digital
haystack. This innovative approach provides customers with an enabled intuition
to make timely decisions. Saama’s approach involves data scientists to leverage
the customers’ existing data infrastructure, and to deliver unique value on top
of those investments for enhanced business insights and data-driven decisions.

An experienced executive, my first start up success was as co-founder of GVI, a
developer of groupware application XTeleScreen, which was sold to Netscape
Communications. I also co-founded Multisoft, which marketed and distributed
high-end graphics products for the Indian market.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge with the IT community and am asked to contribute as
a discussion panel member and featured speaker at industry conferences. I am a
U.S. patent holder on data visualization methods.
