1. Introduction

1. Welcome: Welcome to TasteWP, the best platform to get started with
WordPress! We allow WordPress site, plugin and theme developers to
experiment on WordPress in an easy and comfortable way.

This Terms of Use Agreement (“Terms”) sets forth the legally binding
terms that govern your use of the services of TasteWP.com. Wherever we
mention "TasteWP”, “we” or “us” in these Terms we are referring to the
TasteWP.com website and any services, features, content, or applications
offered, even only from time to time, by TasteWP.com in connection with
the TasteWP.com website. By accessing TasteWP.com you agree to be bound
to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is available here.

TasteWP.com is operated by lnisev Ltd., a company incorporated under the
laws of Malta with registration number C 78013 and registered address at
93 Mill Street, Qormi QRM 3100, Malta.

We are required according to the Data Protection Act of 2001 (Chapter 440
of the Laws of Malta) to comply with data protection requirements in the
way in which we use any personal information collected from you in your
use of TasteWP.com. We take privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy
Policy (available here) to learn more

2. Using TasteWP: You may use TasteWP.com either as a “visitor”, which means
that you simply browse TasteWP.com, or as a "member", which means that
you have either

1. created a site while not signed in, or
2. you have registered an account with TasteWP.com and agreed to these
Terms (for all of our members and visitors to our website), and our
Privacy Policy.
You can join TasteWP by becoming a member here.

The term "user" can refer to either a visitor or a member. You are only
authorized to use TasteWP.com (regardless of whether your access or use
is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these
Terms, as they may be updated from time to time. Please read these Terms
carefully and save them somewhere safe for your reference later. This
version of the Terms will not always be available online. If you do not
agree to these Terms, then please do not visit or use TasteWP.com.

3. Updates to the Terms: We expressively reserve the right to change these
Terms from time to time without providing you with direct notice,
although we will note the most recent version of each of our terms at the
top of the Terms. This will help you keep track of the latest version of
the Terms. By accessing our site, you acknowledge and agree that it is
your responsibility to review this site and these Terms from time to time
and to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of
this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment of the
modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.

2. Users and Memberships
1. Age requirements: You need to be at least:
1. 14 years of age (or the minimum age required where you are to access a
website without parental permission) to be a visitor and browse the
TasteWP.com website(s).
2. 18 years of age (or older, if required to be older where you are) to
become a member.
By using TasteWP.com, you affirm that you are old enough to be a visitor,
and by signing up to become a member or creating a site while not signed
in, you affirm that you are old enough to be a member.
2. By using TasteWP, you agree to promptly notify TasteWP if you discover or
otherwise suspect any security breaches or unauthorized access related to
your account or services, to take responsibility for all activities that
occur under your account, and accept all risks of any authorized or
unauthorized access to your account. You also agree to not open multiple
accounts in order to bypass any restrictions or misuse the TasteWP
affiliate program.
3. Membership: It is possible to look through our site without becoming a
member, but becoming a member is easy and free! Enrollment can be done
quickly and easily on our website. During registration, we will ask you
for information that is necessary to get the most out of your membership.
This information may include the following: your name, address, email
address (required). Our collection and use of this information is
governed by our Privacy Policy, available here.
4. Membership benefits: Membership is free. As a member, you can set custom
names for your test WordPress sites, change the PHP versions, earn
non-expiring sites, and more.
5. Non-transferrable: Membership is personal to you and not transferrable.
6. Keep your login information confidential!: When you sign up for a
membership, you will be asked to select a password. It is your sole
responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login information
you may use to sign up for your membership. You agree not to use the
membership, username, or password of another member at any time or to
disclose your password to any third party. You are solely responsible for
any and all use of your membership; unauthorized use of your membership
may result in you losing work progress and/or access to your account. As
described further below, TasteWP.com is not responsible for any of these
losses when you have allowed your membership to be accessed by a third
party, intentionally or otherwise.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)
1. We don’t own the content on the TasteWP.com sites: TasteWP provides a
hosting platform where users can upload codes, software and other
content; hence, the TasteWP users are responsible for all uploaded
material, and we cannot be held responsible with respect to it.
2. TasteWP.com property: While we don’t own WordPress or its plugins and
themes, we do own all the content which we put on the platform, including
texts, design, copyright, trademarks and other content you find on
TasteWP.com not provided by our users or WordPress. You are not permitted
to copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute,
perform, display, or sell any of such content owned by us.
3. As a TasteWP user, you may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in
any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary
information belonging to others on TasteWP without obtaining the prior
written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is the policy
of TasteWP to terminate membership privileges of any member who
repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of
prompt notification to TasteWP by the copyright owner or the copyright
owner's legal agent.
4. If you or any user of this site believes its copyright, trademark or
other property rights have been infringed by a posting on any TasteWP
website or property, you or the user should notify us via our contact
form and send a notification to our Designated Agent immediately. To be
effective, the notification must include:
1. Identify in sufficient detail the proprietary work that you believe
has been infringed upon or other information sufficient to specify the
copyrighted work being infringed).
2. Identify the material that you claim is infringing the proprietary
work listed in item #1 above.
3. Provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you
(email address is preferred)
4. Provide information, if possible, sufficient to permit us to notify
the owner/administrator of the allegedly infringing webpage or other
content (email address is preferred).
5. Include the following statement: "I have a good faith belief that use
of the proprietary materials described above as allegedly infringing
is not authorized by the proprietary owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury,
that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the
proprietary owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an
exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

You acknowledge and agree that upon receipt of a notice of a claim of
infringement of proprietary rights, we may immediately remove the
identified materials from our site without liability to you or any other
party and that the claims of the complaining party and the party that
originally posted the materials, will be referred to the United States
Copyright Office for adjudication as provided in the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act.

4. Content/Activity Prohibited

The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or
prohibited to post on or through the TasteWP.com Services. TasteWP.com
reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against
anyone who, in TasteWP.com's sole discretion, violates this provision,
including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the
TasteWP.com Services and terminating the Membership of such violators.
Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to Content that, in the sole
discretion of TasteWP.com:
* is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical
harm of any kind against any group or individual;
* harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
* exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
* contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link
to an adult website;
* solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
* provides any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or
email addresses;
* promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes
illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene,
defamatory or libelous;
* promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted
work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them,
providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect
devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
* contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or
images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
* furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides
instructional information about illegal activities including, but not
limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy,
or providing or creating computer viruses;
* solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or
unlawful purposes from other Users;
* involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written
consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid
schemes;
* includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that
person's consent;
* or for band and filmmaker profiles, uses sexually suggestive imagery or
any other unfair, misleading or deceptive Content intended to draw
traffic to the profile.

The following is a partial list of the kind of activity that is illegal or
prohibited on the TasteWP.com Website and through your use of the
TasteWP.com Services. TasteWP.com reserves the right to investigate and take
appropriate legal action against anyone who, in TasteWP.com's sole
discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting
you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not
limited to:
* criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud,
trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment,
stalking, spamming, spimming, phishing, sending of viruses or other
harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of
trade secrets;
* advertising to, or solicitation of, any Member to buy or sell any
products or services through the TasteWP.com Services unless explicitly
allowed in selected areas (“advertising section”);
* covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile
page, or any TasteWP.com page via HTML/CSS or any other means;
* any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send messages;
* interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the
TasteWP.com Services or the networks or services connected to the
TasteWP.com Services;
* attempting to impersonate another Member or person;
* using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or
disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party
to access your account;
* selling or otherwise transferring your profile;
* using any information obtained from the TasteWP.com Services in order to
harass, abuse, or harm another person;
* displaying an advertisement on your profile, or accepting payment or
anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any
commercial activity on or through the TasteWP.com Services on behalf of
that person, such as placing commercial content on your profile, posting
blogs or bulletins with a commercial purpose, selecting a profile with a
commercial purpose, or using the TasteWP.com Services in a manner
inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you find any fraudulent activity, such as misrepresentation or phishing
attempts, or material that infringes copyrights, please report it to our
team by email to hi [at] tastewp [dot] com so we can promptly remove such
content and take further action if necessary.

5. Payments and refund policy
1. TasteWP is offering premium features available to users which can be used
upon the test site creation or from the user’s TasteWP Dashboard section
from which expiring sites can be converted to premium sites. Users have
the option to set up payment agreements with Sellcodes.com, our payment
provider, allowing TasteWP to charge again once the monthly/yearly
payment period has passed, as defined by the user. You can cancel your
premium subscriptions anytime via your Sellcodes Account page, in which
case you will not be charged once your current premium plan expires.
2. We reserve the right to modify our fee schedule at any time upon thirty
(days) written notice by posting such fee rates on our pricing/premium
page.
3. As a company policy, we do not issue refunds. Therefore, please consider
carefully if you want to use our service before you make a purchase. Due
to the free tier, you can get a perfect idea of what the functions will
do which will be accessible after you become a premium user. If anything
is not clear, please contact us. We'll respond within 24 hours.

6. Limitations on Liability & Indemnification
1. TasteWP.com is provided to our users “AS IS” or, to put it another way,
“AS AVAILABLE.” As such, we do not make promises or make any warranties
as to the suitability or quality of the content available on TasteWP.com
or the products offered on TasteWP.com and hereby exclude, to the
furthest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties in the same
respect (including but not limited to warranties of non-infringement,
merchantability, and fitness for a particular or specific purpose). The
limitations on liability and indemnification in these Terms are a part of
the bargain between the parties.
2. Your access to and use of TasteWP.com is your decision solely, and at
your discretion and risk. We are under no obligation to make TasteWP.com
available to you on any particular platform, and the platform we choose
to offer TasteWP.com on may change.
3. We cannot make any promises that you will always be able to access the
information here (that includes but is not limited to accessing any test
site and content created).
4. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we (including our affiliates,
our agents and employees) are not liable (which means you will not hold
us responsible) for any damages or losses resulting directly or
indirectly from, inter alia, content on TasteWP.com; access limitations
or delayed availability on TasteWP.com; unauthorized access to and/or
manipulation disputes or disagreements between users; failure of
TasteWP.com to authorize an account or TasteWP.com decision to close or
suspend membership or a license offering; any conduct or failure to act
by any of our third-party service providers (including but not limited to
Sellcodes.com) unless the damages or losses result directly from
intentional conduct by TasteWP.com; viruses or other malicious software
that is a result of accessing TasteWP.com, downloading the codes, opening
any email or in your exchanges; any access of your account that is
unauthorized by the Company. As the websites hosted on TasteWP are
managed by its users, and not TasteWP, we cannot guarantee that they
adhere to these Terms. As a visitor or member, you use the TasteWP
services, which includes browsing and interacting with the sites on
TasteWP, at your own risk and to your own responsibility. Although
TasteWP has systems in place to prevent and ban unpermitted content, we
have no obligation to monitor, validate, correct, or update users’ sites’
content in any way. TasteWP may, in its sole discretion, alter, remove,
or refuse to display any users’ content that is in violation of these
Terms.
5. If you have a dispute with another user on TasteWP.com, you agree to
release us (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and
damages (both consequential and actual) of every kind and nature, known
and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
THIS RELEASE MAY INCLUDE A WAIVER ON YOUR PART OF ANY PROTECTIONS THAT
WOULD OTHERWISE LIMIT THE COVERAGE OF THIS RELEASE TO ONLY THOSE CLAIMS
WHICH YOU KNEW, MAY HAVE KNOWN OR SUSPECTED TO EXIST AT THE TIME YOU
AGREED TO THIS RELEASE.
6. You agree to indemnify and hold us (and our employees and agents)
harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made
by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or
your improper use of TasteWP.com or your interaction with other
TasteWP.com users.

?pre-installed-plugin-slug=(pluginslug) ” to have a plugin pre-installed where
“(pluginslug)” is the slug of the plugin in the WP directory, e.g.

plugin pre-installed.

If you’re a plugin creator you can use this to offer potential users to first
try out your plugin on a dummy site, e.g. by placing it at the top of the

With templates you can tailor the sites (which get set up) even more. For
example, you can upload your own plugin zip files (i.e. they don’t have to be in
the WP directory), you can define the site parameters (e.g. WP and PHP
versions), and you can track how often the templates get used.

To create a template, login and then click on “Site templates” in the left menu,
and then on “New template” at the top right.

* HOW LONG ARE THE SITES LIVE?

If you create a site when not logged in on TasteWP, it's valid for 2 days,
otherwise it's 7 days. It's free to sign up, you can do it here.

If you don’t want your sites to expire at all, check out our premium
features.

* HOW MUCH SPACE DO THE SITES HAVE?

By default it's 1 GB (for free sites). If you want more, have a look at our
premium features.

* HOW MANY SITES CAN I CREATE AT ONCE?

If you're not logged into TasteWP, you can create up to 2 sites (and once
they expire, create new ones). If you're logged into TasteWP, you can create
up to 6. Sign up now, it's free.

If you use our premium features, then you can have as many premium sites as
you paid for (there is no limits of premium sites).

* CAN I MIGRATE TO ANOTHER HOSTER?

Yes you can! By default a migration plugin is installed (Backup Migration),
which allows you to migrate easily to another hoster.

* CAN I CREATE WP WITH MULTISITE SUPPORT?

Yes! Just click on 'Advanced options' and click on the respective button.

* CAN I CHANGE MY PHP VERSION LATER?

Yes, if you are logged in, you can do it in the site manager.

* CAN I DOWNLOAD WORDPRESS DEBUG.LOG FILE?

Yes you can do it in the site manager (in the dashboard).

* CAN I CHANGE THE DOMAIN YOU GIVE ME?
