CASE INFORMATION

On December 17, 2021, Nordic Aviation Capital Pte. Ltd., NAC Aviation 17
Limited, NAC Aviation 20 Limited, and Nordic Aviation Capital A/S (collectively,
the “Initial Debtors”) each filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy
Court for the Eastern District of Virginia seeking relief under chapter 11 of
the United States Bankruptcy Code. Additionally, on December 19, 2021, Nordic
Aviation Capital Designated Activity Company and one hundred twelve (112)
affiliated companies (collectively with the Initial Debtors, the “Debtors”) also
each filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern
District of Virginia seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States
Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors’ cases have been assigned to Judge Kevin R.
Huennekens. The Debtors’ cases are jointly administered for procedural purposes,
meaning that all pleadings are maintained on the case docket for Nordic Aviation
Capital Designated Activity Company, Case No. 21-33693 (the "Main Case Docket").
