How We Support


SMALLHOLDER FARMERS


The agri-revolution in Nigeria has led to a surge in privatized farms and
agribusiness operations, but over 75% of small-scale farmers in these areas
still struggle to access basic inputs and services. To address this, we provide
targeted support to help them overcome key constraints, including:
 * Capacity Building: We empower smallholder farmers through training and
   capacity building activities, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
 * Market Access and Financing: We improve market access and provide input-based
   financing for farm-level activities, bridging the gap to vital resources.
 * Farm-Level Services: We deliver a range of services directly to farms,
   focusing on:

To enhance livelihoods and reduce poverty among smallholder farming communities,
we concentrate our efforts on boosting agricultural productivity, profitability,
and inclusivity through our tailored Nexus24 Agrik Commodities Limited Support
Scheme Initiative. This initiative is adapted to meet the unique needs of each
farming community, aligning with the three core principles of our Shared Success
model: Inclusive Business, Sustainability, and Innovation.

Generally, our approach is a bottom-up strategy that identifies specific farmer
needs, provides customized solutions, and fosters collaborative relationships
between our business, farmer organizations, and individual farmers. We establish
mutually agreed policies and procedures to guide stakeholder interactions,
ensuring the achievement of our Shared Success philosophy.

Project Objectives


NEXUS24 AGRIK SUPPORT SCHEME INITIATIVE (NASSI)


The project aims to enhance the productivity and profitability of smallholder
farmers by providing market-oriented support services, including:

The Nexus24 Agrik Support Scheme Initiative (NASSI) is a tailored program
designed to empower smallholder farmers and our host communities to share in our
success. This adaptive initiative will develop and organize essential
infrastructure and services that cater to the specific needs and interests of
smallholder producers, enhancing their commercial capacity and improving the
quality of their agri-produce.
