About the Engineering Department:

We want to be the best in the world at using data to answer questions, and we're
committed to building scalable systems for ingesting, analyzing, and creating
value from data.

We are proud to run a small and efficient engineering department (21 people). We
invest heavily in standardization, building development tools, and peer-to-peer
training to maximize our engineers' impact and let them focus on what is most

About The Role:

We're looking for a full-stack engineer to join our Readypipe team. This team is
in charge of building and maintaining our internal Readypipe Platform, improving
our proxy applications, and building tools that help improve analysts’ workflow
and efficiency. 

This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC, where our
headquarters is located, or anywhere in the US (we expect Eastern work hours).

We're looking for a senior engineer with experience in Site Reliability

About The Role:

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to help define
the vision, build a team and scale marketing for a fast growing company that has

As Our Senior Marketing Manager You Will:

 * Spearhead a team responsible for conceptualizing, building, and executing
   marketing plans, including creative development, targeting segmentation, and
   campaign performance analysis
 * Work with Corporate team leadership to develop marketing strategies,
   including investment levels, strategic priorities and execution
 * Maximize customer acquisition and engagement through the development of
   channel and strategic initiatives
 * Deeply understand and articulate the target customer; obsessively understand
   new and competitive products, trends, and opportunities
 * Understand key traffic drivers (email, social, etc.) and how to measure,
   track, and optimize them to accomplish business goals, document the results,
   and share best practices across the team
 * Partner with stakeholders within and outside the team to drive critical
   strategic projects
 * Understand how to get the most out of the tools you use to do your job and
   challenge the existing tool set, successfully working with technical teams to
   propose and evaluate enhancements that improve efficiency and functionality
 * Build and operate effective and efficient mechanisms to identify
   opportunities, tackle challenges and enable execution
 * Hire, develop and manage a high caliber team and scale to the evolving needs
   of the business

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

 * 5+ years of relevant marketing and sales experience in the B2B SaaS space
 * Experience driving online and offline marketing strategies
 * Exceptional operational - organization, project management, and
   problem-solving - skills that have enabled you to be adept at understanding,
   deconstructing, streamlining and optimizing complex large-scale business
   processes
 * High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing
   priorities simultaneously
 * Impeccable written and oral communication skills - ability to articulate
