FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does it take?

From the time your order is placed, your photos usually arrive at your loved
one’s correctional facility within 5-7 business days (excludes weekends and
holidays). Every order undergoes an inspection by the facility mail staff before
its delivered to your incarcerated loved one.

Which correctional facilities can I send pictures to?

Facilities in the United States.  We send photos to both state and federal
prisons, county jails, juvenile facilities, and halfway houses.  If you do not
see your loved one's facility listed, please reach out to Support@pelipost.com
to have the facility added or to confirm we work with that location.

What size prints do you offer?

We offer 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 photo prints. Also available are greeting cards,
photobooks and postcards. If you have questions about a facility accepting any
of these products please reach out to our customer support team.
