A RACIST FALSE WITNESS. A ROGUE JUDGE. A LEGAL TRAVESTY. TELL THE MICHIGAN
SUPREME COURT TO MAKE THIS RIGHT.

In the simple matter of enforcing a straightforward lease, a jury decided the
evidence was clear and rendered a verdict – along with a monetary award to make
whole the party whose rights had been violated. The judge signed off. It should
have ended there. But a deep-pocketed national competitor couldn’t accept that
it had lost, and conscripted a racist, conspiracy-mongering, disgruntled
ex-employee to make outlandish claims about the winning side. They ran to a
judge who didn’t even have jurisdiction over the case – a move that should have
been laughed out of the court. But it wasn’t. And the events that followed
created one of the most absurd injustices in the history of Michigan
jurisprudence. Join us in demanding that the Michigan Supreme Court make this
right.

discovery, but look how easy it was to destroy the claims in his affidavit just
by noting facts.

The Court of Appeals told Judge Anderson she did not have jurisdiction in the
case. That should have ended things right there. But she didn't care, and
amazingly, they let her get away with it.

Lamar wanted to inspect Randy Oram's computer and use its own comptuer expert.

with the process. Judge Anderson said no.

All it took was a little questioning to demonstrate that was big nothingburger
