ADDRESS CHANGE FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY OF REFUND CHECKS

Note: The standard payment addresses remain the same.  Only the overnight
delivery addresses are changing.

The update is effective Saturday, October 14, 2023.  To prevent disruption of
processing, the new address should be used beginning on that date.  UPS and
FedEx will return packages sent to the retired address, while the USPS will
forward packages to the new address temporarily. Packages received prior to the
cutover date will be held for processing until the new address becomes
effective.
