VIDEOJET SDS DELIVERY SYSTEM FAQ

Videojet is committed to proactively implementing procedures to maintain a safe,
clean and healthy environment for our associates and the global communities in
which we operate. In regard to this commitment, Videojet has implemented a new
process for emailing SDS to customers. Please see the following frequently asked
questions about this process.


How can I get an SDS for a product I have not ordered yet?
SDS for most products are available at

product is not listed on this page, please contact Videojet’s customer care
group or your local distributor. Contact information is available at

How can I get an SDS for a product I ordered before the new process began?
SDS for most products are available at
https://www.videojet.com/us/homepage/resources/safety-data-sheets.html. If your
product is not listed on this page, please contact Videojet’s customer care
group or your local distributor. Contact information is available at

How often will I get SDS emails?
Videojet reviews each order. We send you an SDS when you order a new product for
the first time. When an SDS is updated, you will receive the updated SDS after
your next order. Depending on the SDS requirements in your country, you may also
receive an updated SDS for products you ordered prior to the SDS revision
change.

How can I stop receiving SDS emails?
Use the links in a recent SDS email and provide the email address of the person
responsible for handling SDS at your facility. The new SDS email recipient must
respond to a verification request email. After the provided email address has
been verified, you will no longer receive SDS.

I have a question that is not addressed here. How can I get assistance?
Send an email with your question to Videojet Fluids Support at
fluidssupport@videojet.com. Please include your company name and the shipping
address for your facility. If you know the customer number and/or customer site
number assigned to your facility by Videojet, please include that number as
well. The subject line for the email should start with the following: Videojet
SDS Delivery System.
