BVS Performance Solutions (BVS) is committed to protecting the privacy of your
information and providing you with the best experience possible while using our

This privacy notice applies to Dynamic Learning, ClickBranch, Virtual Classroom,
bvsLive, and all BVS websites, products and services. This notice will describe
what information we collect, how we collect it and how it is used. If there is a
change to our practices for handling personal information, it will be reflected
here. Additionally, there may be supplemental privacy notices or policies that
are specific to particular services. These notices will be available through
those services where and when applicable.

BVS has appointed an internal privacy office for you to contact if you have any
questions or concerns about BVS' personal data policies or practices. BVS'

HOW WE COLLECT AND USE (PROCESS) YOUR INFORMATION

BVS will only collect and store information you provide to us through our online
forms, such as contact requests. This could include name, title, institution,
telephone number, ZIP code, email address and any other information you decide
to leave in the questions or comments fields.

The information you provide is used solely for the purposes of delivering the
functionality of the service you have purchased from BVS. This may additionally
include newsletter subscriptions, marketing and sales communications. You may
unsubscribe from these communications at any time.


THIRD-PARTY SHARING

BVS does not collect, sell or disclose any personal information regarding the
use of any website, product or service with third parties. Should BVS engage a
third party, and with the exclusion of complying with regulatory agencies, law

USE OF BVS WEBSITES

BVS' website collects certain information automatically and stores it in log
files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region

BVS' website. We use this information to help us design our site to better suit
our users' needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with
our server and to administer our website, analyze trends, track visitor

BVS secures all information collected, transmitted and stored using a

our environment is audited annually through a System and Organization Controls
(SOC) 2 Type 2 report. Additionally, we have an independent third party perform
security assessments and penetration testing on the network and applications.

Further, we train our employees about the importance of confidentiality and
maintaining the privacy and security of your information. We commit to taking
appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce our employees' privacy
responsibilities.


DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

The information you provide to us via our online forms is stored, accessed and
used by BVS to contact you regarding the type of information requested. The
information provided is stored in perpetuity unless you specifically request
that information to be purged. All requests to purge your information should be
made to privacy@bvs.com.

Data storage during the use of our products is outlined in the contract, but it
is limited to the information that is required to effectively use the product.
The data stored as use of our product belongs to each customer and can be
removed upon written request to the BVS privacy office, privacy@bvs.com.


CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

As organizational requirements change from time to time, this privacy notice is
expected to change as well. We reserve the right to amend the privacy notice at
any time, for any reason, without notice to you, other than the posting of the
amended privacy notice at bvs.com. We may email periodic reminders of our
notices, and terms and conditions, but you should check our site frequently to
see the current privacy notice that is in effect and any changes that may have
been made to it.


GDPR CONSIDERATIONS

BVS has its headquarters in the United States. Information we collect from you
will be processed in the United States. The United States has not sought nor
received a finding of "adequacy" from the European Union under Article 45 of the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). BVS relies on derogations for
specific situations as set forth in Article 49 of the GDPR. In particular, BVS
