I'm leaving a reply for Deca. Everytime you have an update or an event the game glitches. If you could fix this issue it would be great. There are 3 type of servers, Dragon Age, Hard Core, and regular. They are different so when you start the game you will find yourself on a random server. Raised a ticket with support team and they just basically told me it's not my account and they won't refund the payment. Total pathetic response, they just want your money. Did you find this helpful? Not to mention the recent update that nerfed the game.
