WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF FRAUD OR A SCAM

If you think you’ve been the victim of fraud or a scam and are worried about
your account security, we can help.


REPORT A SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE

Never respond to or open a suspicious text or email. Forward suspicious emails
to phish@nab.com.au and then delete.

Please forward suspicious text messages to 0476 220 003 (047 NAB 0003) and then
delete. You won’t receive a personal response from either phish@nab.com.au or
from 0476 220 003.




REPORT A LOST OR STOLEN CARD 

Get in touch with us as soon as you realise your card is lost or stolen. You can
also place a temporary block on your card while we investigate it for you.
