Tracking will be automatically sent to the contact e-mail provided during checkout once your order has been packaged. Orders usually will ship the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business week. We are currently only shipping within the United States. We do not accept orders that use International forwarding service providers. Any International orders placed will be canceled and refunded. DAMAGED PACKAGES We cannot be held responsible for damaged or tampered packages. For package claims, please get in contact with the shipping carrier. Returns Policy Authorization for returns is required for all returns. Please email us at rollinggaragerc@gmail.com if you would like a refund on a purchase within 10 days of the receipt. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in original packaging. Any used products will not be accepted including products used only for test fitting. Items need to be shipped to us and verified to be in new, unused condition before we can process the refund. ALL sales on electronics are FINAL. Due to shipping regulations, any battery product or paint cannot be returned to us. All sales are final on batteries and paint. All products purchased through Rolling Garage have a manufacturer warranty for defects that vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Rolling Garage cannot make warranty decisions, exchanges, or decide if your warranty claim is approved. If your product appears to be defective, the manufacturer requires that you contact them directly for technical and warranty assistance. Any returns processed will be shipped back to our warehouse at the customer's expense. We can provide a full refund or exchange for any items that are defective. We can only honor exchanges when we receive the item(s) back within 10 days. Items that do not fit because of an issue caused by another aftermarket option will be subject to restocking fees if returned in unused condition in the original packaging. Crash damage, damage due to misuse, accidental, or abuse is not covered under any warranty. Limits of Responsibility We cannot accept responsibility for damage due to a crash and/or loss of kits, electronics, accessories, etc. incurred from user error or operation of an r/c model. It is impossible to guarantee product compatibility for product recommendations. We try to provide information and suggestions to the best of our knowledge based on information available to us. We are unable to guarantee success with recommendations. We are not responsible for incidental damages caused by any defective products. Rolling Garage reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion. We reserve the right to limit any discounts or order quantities.
