These have been arduously road tested and honed, in successfully leading the delivery of high end Health & Safety performance on some of the most iconic, and recent, construction development projects in London and internationally. DOUG HAMILTON BSC (HONS) CENG MIMECHE DIRECTOR Doug is a Director of BASL. By training a Mechanical Engineer, he is an experienced Business Executive, and Leader. He has a proven and wide range of business skills, developed across his career, covering Engineering, Project Management, Business Strategy, Leadership, Management and Improvement. He has led small and large teams to successful project and business delivery. His experience has been supported by expert practice and knowledge in behavioural techniques, to develop high performing teams.
