The Off-Peak rate of 7.4 cents per kilowatt hour applies on weekdays from 12 am
to 7 am & 7 pm to 12 am, and all-day on weekends and statutory holidays. The
Mid-Peak rate of 10.2 cents per kilowatt hour applies on weekdays from 7 am to
11 am & 5 pm to 7 pm. The On-Peak rate of 15.1 cents per kilowatt hour applies
on weekdays from 11 am to 5 pm
