WHAT IS FITT? IT'S THE FULLY INTEGRATED TALENT TOOL

fitt is an assessment tool used by organizations to better understand their
employees. fitt is also used for professional individuals to learn more about
themselves and discover some of their strengths and weaknesses.

WHY AM I COMPLETING FITT?

Organizations have different reasons for requiring people to partake in fitt
assessments. Some reasons are normally for employee selection and promotion,
talent management, recruitment, and training needs analysis. For a more detailed
reason, please enquire at your employer directly.

 * I completed my fitt journey – did you receive my fitt journey / assessment? 
   
   
   
   If you pressed submit then we will have received your journey.
   If you're still not sure, you can try to log in using your link; if the link
   does not allow you to log in, it means we received your journey.
   
   

 * My link has expired - what now?
   
   This means that you did not complete fitt within the communicated timeframe.
   Please request the link to be re-activated from your supervisor that
   instructed you to do the fitt journey.

 * What do I need to prepare before starting?
   
   You cannot prepare for a fitt assessment - just be yourself and answer
   honestly.
   
   Before you start please make sure you have a laptop with a working webcam and
   microphone, stable internet connection and Google Chrome browser to complete
   fitt.
   
   You are required to complete fitt alone, please find a quiet and relaxed
   setting where you will not be interrupted.

 * Why do you require webcam and microphone access?
   
   
   
   Some questions require you to record short video responses.
   
   

 * I don't want to show my face - can I restrict this?
   
   
   
   If you prefer not to show your face you are more than welcome to disable that
   option at the start of the journey. You will still need a working webcam and
   mic, as the response will be recorded, although your identity will be
   blurred.  
   
   

 * I have reached all my video recording attempts and would like an additional
   attempt
   
   
   
   We only allow a certain amount of recording attempts. Use your attempts
   wisely! Should you have had network issues while recording your attempts you
   can contact us to submit a request to reset your attempts. We will then
   review your videos to assess the impact of the network issues and advise you
   on further steps. 
   
   

 * I am on leave and don't want reminder emails
   
   
   
   Kindly ask your supervisor that instructed you to do the fitt journey to
   confirm with our team should reminder emails be disabled.  
   
   

 * I want to cancel my journey
   
   
   
   Only the supervisor that instructed you to do the fitt assessment can cancel
   the journey.  
   
   

 * When I record my videos it shows a blurry playback
   
   
   
   If your video recording shows up as blurry, it is as a result of the option
   to hide your face at the start of your journey, being selected. If you wish
   to discard this option, please contact our support team and they will help
   with your request. 
   
   

 * My audio / microphone / webcam is not working
   
   
   
   Please make sure of the following:
   
   * You are using Google Chrome browser on a computer
   
   * Ensure that internal IT has not blocked webcam access on your network
   
   * Check that you have given the site permission to access your devices by
     clicking on the lock icon at the top left
     
     
   
   
   
   

 * Can I complete a fitt journey on a mobile device or tablet?
   
   
   
   The fitt platform is not yet supported on mobile or tablet devices.
   The journey can only be completed in the Chrome browser on a computer or a
   laptop that has a webcam, microphone, and speakers 
   
   

 * When is the deadline?
   
   Please contact your supervisor to enquire about your fitt journey deadline
   is.

 * Can I extend my deadline?
   
   
   
   To extend your deadline for the fitt journey please contact your
   supervisor who instructed you to do the fitt journey. We will then extend the
   journey per their request. 
   
   

 * I get an error message saying "too many attempts"
   
   
   
   This means that you have attempted to use the incorrect token too many times.
   Please wait 5 minutes before trying again and ensure you have the correct
   token. 
   
   

 * Network issues
   
   
   
   Please ensure you have a sufficient internet speed (minimum 10 Mbps speed)
   and be sure that you have a good upload
   speed. Organization networks may block outside services such as
   our fitt platform. If this is the case, either try on a private home network
   or ask the organization to whitelist our fitt platform.
