WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

You only need a phone number to register; no other documents are required.

Follow these steps:

 1. Enter your phone number to get the verification code via SMS. Only those
    couriers who accept your request will see it
 2. Enter the code from the SMS
 3. Choose what should the couriers call you
 4. Choose what type of delivery you need: business or personal use


CAN I USE THE SAME ACCOUNT AS IN THE APP?

You can join the web version of Couriers using the same phone number as for the
app.


HOW TO CREATE A DELIVERY REQUEST?

How to create a delivery request

 1. Enter the pick-up and delivery addresses for the package.
 2. Offer your price for the delivery. The courier can either accept it or
    propose a different price.
 3. Choose the type of courier for delivering your package.
 4. Select the delivery options. If you want the courier to deliver the package
    directly to the recipient's door, choose 'Door-to-door' delivery.
 5. Choose a suitable payment method.
 6. Provide the phone numbers of both the sender and recipient.
 7. Provide detailed information about the items you want to deliver.
 8. Start the search and wait for offers from couriers.

You can create multiple orders at once and keep track of them in the Active
Orders section


CAN I CHOOSE A COURIER?

Absolutely! To select a courier, wait for offers to appear after creating the
order. Then, choose the one which fits you best: by price, distance, rating and
transport


HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Once the courier delivers your order, you'll get a notification.
Additionally, you can track your deliveries in real time, monitoring statuses,
notifications, and the courier's location on the map.


HOW TO PAY FOR THE DELIVERY?

Payment for the delivery is made directly to the courier by either the sender or
the recipient. The available payment methods depend on your current location.

 * Items should be packed in a box or bag
 * The package contents shouldn't exceed 100 USD

The following items cannot be sent or transported

 * precious metals, precious stones, jewelry
 * weapons, armaments, ammunition
 * obscene or pornographic materials
 * military equipment or any parts or accessories for it
 * explosives, radioactive
 * gas or cold weapons and their parts
 * gunpowder, uranium, poison, ammunition
 * fireworks, signal flares and cartridges
 * foreign currency and banknotes
 * high value items e.g. jewellery, precious metals, precious stones and
   products containing them
 * narcotic or psychotropic substances
 * medicines
 * items and goods that are restricted for sale or have been removed from
   circulation
