Investment advisory services are offered through Spearhead Administrative
Services, LLC, a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange
Commission.  Securities may be offered through Spearhead Capital, LLC a
registered broker/dealer, member FINRA and SIPC.

 

Collectively, these entities, and their affiliates, are referred to as
Spearhead.
