It was not a pleasant experience
I was told the pick up return option was not available to me so I had to print
two labels on my printer , use my time my gas , wear and tear on my vehicle to
return 2 of the same items sent by mistake by Amazon.
This is becoming more and more relevant.

At first, I was not very happy as I called so many times, and could not get to
speak to someone in person. Finally I did, and this gentleman was the most
pleasant person ever. He solved my problem with a wonderful attitude. I love
shopping with Amazon and I am not want to complain, unless there is 100% a
reason for it. My package came opened and a jar of scrub that I bought had
previously been open and it was sealed together with packing tape. The scrub
itself was discoloured so I was very upset. Thank you for solving my problem.
