4 X STAGE BUILDING INSPECTIONS

For clients building with a builder or owner-builder, we offer four-stage
inspections throughout the construction process. We assess the slab, wall and
roof frames, cladding, waterproofing, and interior to ensure that everything
meets quality standards and regulations.


RENTAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

Our rental property inspections ensure that your investment is well-maintained
and compliant with safety standards. We check for any issues that could affect
your rental income or tenant satisfaction, helping you keep your property in top

leases Act 1995)

in civil, commercial, and residential construction as well as commercial
property management. Carlo is a licensed builder (License No. 212069) and a

spent time on the tools, gaining hands-on experience in bricklaying, tiling, and
concreting, which enhances his understanding of the building processes.
