WHAT IS ALUFOIL?

Alufoil is a very thin sheet of aluminium ranging from about 0.006 mm to the
upper ISO defined limit of 0.2 mm (200 µm). It is used in a wide range of
applications, from all types of packaging to technical applications, due to its
light weight and excellent properties.

ABOUT THE EUROPEAN ALUMINIUM FOIL ASSOCIATION

The European Aluminium Foil Association (EAFA) is the main trade association,
specifically representing companies engaged in the rolling and rewinding of
aluminium foil and the manufacturing of semi-rigid alufoil containers and
household foil in Europe. With its more than 40 members, the organisation
represents the total aluminium foil rolling market in Europe.
