ABOUT THEIR ENERGY ACCOUNTS, SO WAIT TIMES ARE MUCH LONGER THAN USUAL. WE ARE
HOWEVER OPERATING AS NORMAL IN OUR BREAKDOWN AND SERVICES AREAS.
We’re prioritising emergencies and vulnerable customers right now. We’re sorry
about this and we’re working on ways to respond to your queries faster, some of
which we may be able to do through our online help and support information.
If you’re looking for ways to reduce your bills and/or energy usage, more
information is available here. There is also support through our charities if
you are struggling to pay.
If you’re looking to discuss alternative tariffs options, you can check what’s
available in your online account – be aware that our call centre agents won't be
able to offer any different tariffs than we currently have online.
If you’re joining us because your previous supplier has gone out of business,
